Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this classic beach ranch one mile from the ocean. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood lined with lovely live oaks, you will not want to leave! This wonderful home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with plenty of elbow room for family groups. The brand-new kitchen is designed and stocked for memorable meals. The dining room table seats 6, the breakfast table seats 4 and there are 3 additional seats at the bar. The relaxing great room is spacious and inviting with pool views; the living room has a wood-burning fireplace-- both settings provide plenty of seating for movie watching and board game playing. This home has two master suites - one located off of the kitchen with a king bed and en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combination and the other one with a queen bed and two separate full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. You will love the kid's room as it is decked out with two sets of bunks, en-suite bathroom and décor of vintage sand pails. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The fifth bathroom is located in the hallway. An office/reading room is located off of the den and comes equipped with Wi-Fi, desk, an all-in-one printer, and a lending library. Beautifully landscaped grounds, a private pool with patio deck outfitted for fun; and a pool bar with new gas grill are just a few of the many amenities for this property. Everything was as advertised. The boys had a great time with the pool. House was spacious and roomy. First time on the island and would have like more for the boys to do. Lighthouse and beach are winners. Most restaurants didn't open til 5pm and all of them asked if we had reservations! All in all fun was had by all!

I must say the pictures do not do this house justice!! It’s so much bigger and more spacious than it looks online. Love the layout of the house! The office has a massive collection of books to choose from for beach reading and the table was large enough to accommodate our family for games. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans except for the bunk room so if you need a fan to sleep I’d suggest bringing one with you. We will definitely be returning to this house for future vacations!

Had a great vacation! House was great, plenty of room for everyone to spread out.My only complaint was that the pool area landscape was unkempt and overgrown. There seems to be a stagnant stream of water on the neighbors side of the fence and the mosquitoes were awful. We couldn’t even get in the pool with being inundated with mosquitoes. We finally had to buy bug spray and tiki torches to make it bearable.

We had a great week on St Simons Island. The beach was perfect! Our vacation home had great features such as plenty of room, five bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, nice pool area, beautiful art work, and overall great location. However our stay was a comedy or errors beginning with a gas leak. We then had no stove top, hot water, leaking roof, and no tv or internet. Despite our challenges, it was a wonderful vacation week.

We really appreciate the thoroughly outfitted kitchen, private pool area and open kitchen and dining. Tech came for tv's was there for a long time and problem couldn't be resolved due to television brand all remotes did need batteries but the internet was still horrible had to keep being reset on the smaller tv. Pool guy came he had to shock the pool so we were unable to use it for the rest of our stay. They definitely need an exterminator🐭 and furniture personal feelings To travel pay for plane tickets then pay for rental car and a place to stay just for a short time to see my family for mother's day was very expensive and it was a big disappointment that our plans were ruined and the kids were also disappointed.

We selected this house because of the gathering space. Inside was perfect for a large group to sit and talk or eat meals together. Outside pool and grill had accommodations for everyone. The only "negative"...we couldn't figure out how to turn on the television. But who needs TV when you're trying to get away? We had a great time and highly recommend this home.

This place was awesome. Every room had it own unique personal touch with plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen area and two dining table for large groups. I could sit in the den all day. It was December, so we couldn't take advantage of the pool and outdoor space but it was close and convenient to everything on the island yet quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return again. The mattresses need updating was the only negative. Loved the beautiful home.

We were in town to attend a wedding and had 3 generations of family all together. The property was perfect. One level, no stairs, majestic oaks in the front and a fun smallish pool in the back. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the large open gathering and kitchen areas allowed us to all be together while not on top of each other. It is in a quiet, beautiful oak tree lined neighborhood. Very much enjoyed the memories made here!

The property was just as described in the advertisement. The kitchen was well appointed with EVERYTHING you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The entire house was fresh, clean and inviting. The pool was clean. Rent a golf cart so that you can experience the island on a more intimate level. We did and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this property and property rental company to anyone.

This was a nice house and we enjoyed not having to have stairs, but glad the pool had an easy stair access! The only issues were the main master bedroom (converted from garage) was warm unless you stood right under the ceiling fan- the bed was not under the fan so it was hot at night. We had to buy a fan to sleep in there. The other issue was television- the one in back bedroom wasn't a smart tv, we couldn't use the main living room TB onNetflix if the kids were watching on the TV in the smaller living room. Kitchen supplies were great except no pizza cutter
