Everything was very expensive. The meal we had was ok - but steak was over cooked. I did not send it back. Elevator was worn and dirty. Room was worn but appeared clean - BUT on our first night rediscovered a pair of shorts poking out from under the bed that weren’t ours - does that mean it wasn’t vacuumed? My husband brought back 2 danish and 2 cups of juice two mornings in a row… cost was $22 each time. And the danish were stale. Absolutely nothing was complimentary compared to other high-end hotels. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There were no pool towels at villa pool.

The pools, lounge areas, and beach exceptional. Pool waiters were awesome and very attentive with food, water, and drinks.

The check in girls very rude, unpleasant, considering this is the 1st interaction you have of was quite off putting. They were more worried about the schedules of employees, who’s off when, etc, then greeting us and welcoming us to the resort or check us in for that matter and let us get to our rooms. The bartenders in the lobby bar were super rude both days there, felt like I was doing them a favor anytime I went up. We ordered twice for take out and they seemed completely disinterested to help us and left us waiting way long for the food to come out and at one point had to ask a different server who immediately brought out what we had been waiting for. Very under impressed
