Situated in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for $314 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. *Contactless entry. Not effected by hurricane. * Please note, facility management has recently refurbished pool, pool baths, and elevator. * We are a non-smoking property. See for yourself why our guests rate us 5 stars. We’ve recently added two more captains chairs to the balcony, spectacular viewing up and down the beach sitting above the railings and an in room electronic safe for your peace of mind. No owner reservation or booking fees. The incorrect owner booking fee that shows up on your check out is a Vrbo fee.Unit has nearly new beds, linens, towels, kitchen small wares and more. 4th floor end unit #401 near elevator and emergency stairs. End unit offers better viewing down the beach. Please contact me for less than 7 day stay if booking won't allow. This is a non smoking condo. This 1500 sq. ft. condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is a corner unit with beautiful views in all directions. Large, new unobstructed hurricane sliding glass doors cover entire living area wall for spectacular views. A corner unit has additional windows looking up the beach and a more open view on the sides. And there's no echo when talking on balcony. Directly outside your unit are the pristine beaches for your sun bathing, heated pool swimming, and walking pleasure. Or just have your morning beverage viewing the calm waters, and watch the sunsets from the 4th floor balcony, nicely appointed with captains chairs for unobstructed viewing. The master bedroom also has new hurricane sliding glass doors overlooking the beach and water. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a firm and med. firm, and the third has two twin beds, one firm and one med. firm. The kitchen is fully functional, with new and quality for the cook pots, pans, and utensils. I like to cook, so everything you'll need is there. Tv's in every room and DVD players. In room cable and password protected high speed wireless wi fi for your use. There are also some games for rainy days, pool toys, a few beach chairs, and fishing poles. Umbrellas and beach cooler are sometimes available. We do not provide beach towels. There may be a few but not guaranteed. The unit has two full bathrooms with tubs and fresh linens upon your arrival. Unit also has new X large Maytag full size washer and dryer. We provide bathroom paper and soaps. Some garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, spices etc. Regular coffee pot and K-cup. Nice big and clean gas grills outside the Tiki hut. Under roof one reserved parking space near elevator. There is the convenience of a trolley that travels between Clear water and St. Pete beach, taxis, and a free ride service. Most local Lyft or Uber cost is $7.00 from my experience. You’re a mile from the famous John's Pass Village with restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin watching trips, a floating casino, art galleries, gift shops and more. Fishing right off the beach is allowed and sometimes more successful than a charter. Fresh seafood market is located at John's Pass. Fresh catch everyday. If you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants as well as bars within walking distance. Two nice bars, restaurants across the street and a fabulous small Italian restaurant across the street in strip mall towards downtown. Bush gardens is a 25 minute drive and Disney and Epcot are 1.5 hours. Average airport trip is less than 30 minutes. You can also find us in face book under "Beachfront Paradise" where we may post more up to date pictures of the area and views. This was a wonderful place to stay and it was great to get up in the morning and drink coffee while looking out to the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

We love the area and the building is very near the water which is nice. Great view and well situated. Near several beachy restaurants. This particular unit was ok for a beach unit - its the beach so we don't expect much - but there were a few things to be aware of:
-the AC is linked to humidity so you have to keep all the deck doors closed or the AC won't work. Fair enough, but there is a dehumidifier and if you don't dump it the alarm will go off. I temporarily unplugged it when the alarm went off at 4 AM which caused AC to go off which prompted a text from the owner about keeping the doors closed when it was really because I temporariy unplugged the dehumidifier when stumbing around looking for an alarm at 4 AM.
-They didn't leave any dishwasher pods or soap, but we were apparantly supposed to do the dishes upon leaving.
-the master BR door was held together with tape and misaligned so very loud when opening and closing.

Absolutely beautiful condo. 3 bedrooms! Huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of comfortable seating. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions :)

Beach chairs, parking for 1 vehicle right by the elevator. New washer & dryer. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Harry & Tammie, we'll definitely be back!

Overall not bad. Had some trouble getting a code to get in but was resolved rather quickly. The ice maker makes about 3 cubes of ice a day. The air is set so you can't get below 73 which is fine during the day but made for some restless nights. The bed was very comfortable though. It's a great location. The sunsets are beautiful.

This vacation home is beautiful, clean, and easy to keep clean! Plenty of room for 5 adults and a teenager! The view is gorgeous from the balcony and inside the condo. The kitchen and laundry appliances worked great and we had everything we needed. Do The beach was not crowded and we took advantage of beach service. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Harry was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Walking in the door we were amazed by the view of the ocean all the way through the condo. The condo was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with every single thing you could think of. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer looked brand new. We were so pleased to also find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Our favorite part was the balcony!! The view is amazing, the number of chairs and how nice they are was wonderful. To top it all off, we watched dolphins swim every single day of our trip from the balcony and even got to watch a manatee one day. The condo is also only one mile from John’s Pass and has a few restaurants right across the street as well. Lastly, we had an emergency with our car on the last day and needed an extra key to the condo, the owner responded within seconds and helped us! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful condo!

We had a great vacation! This is our second time staying at Madeira Beach and it was beautiful. Communication with owner was easy with quick attention and response. We had everything we needed including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards. Owner even had life jackets for toddlers and small children provided for use! Can't wait to come back!

This was our 8th girls’ beach trip in 11 years, and this condo and area was great. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions. The only issue at all was the dishwasher stopped working, but Harry came and replaced it the next day. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed…plenty of nice towels, nice dishes and glassware, enough basics such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and laundry tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets if we had needed them. The balcony and furniture was one of our favorites. I’m sure the tvs all work but we never even turned them in the whole week :) The location is great with a few restaurants and a convenience store across and just down the street. The beach was not crowded and was nice and laid back. Caddy’s beach side restaurant and bar was within walking distance. John’s Pass is just a little over a mile as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.

This was our second trip to this property and it was just as wonderful this time. We love all the extras that are provided, like beach towels, beach chairs, condiments in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family. We love all the furniture on the balcony so we can enjoy the gulf while having meals. Harry is so easy to work with and was quick to respond if we had an issues. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for sharing this great condo with us.

What an amazing condo! The view is awesome. There was red tide while we were there for the first couple of days but fish were cleaned up every day and the beach was clean and clear. It was a 60th birthday trip with our 3 adult children, 2 spouses and 1 grandchild. The rooms were very spacious and there was enough space to unpack all of our clothes. It was great to have beach chairs there to use and the restaurants across the street were great. This is the first time in Madiera (usually we stay in St. Pete) and it is now my favorite! Thanks Harry for a great stay and sharing your piece of happiness!!!!

We enjoyed 2 weeks at this spacious condo. Loved the corner unit with the extra windows and the views of the Gulf out front and the long view of the beach to the south. So much space--bedrooms with lots of closets, double sinks in BOTH bathrooms, and kitchen large enough for a couple of cooks. Laundry room--Amazing new large capacity washer and dryer. The bar height Adirondack chairs on balcony were so comfortable and we really enjoyed watching the beach, the gulf, the sky, and sunsets from there. Had our daughter's family with 8 year-olds twins the second of our two weeks and they had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Master bedroom king bed was very comfortable and kept me asleep all night every night. The area is very busy-4 lanes of LOTS of fast-moving traffic, but it worked out okay for us and we were still able to walk to some restaurants and ice cream shops.

Location is great, right on the beach, many things within walking distance - stores, restaurants, pharmacy. The unit's kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture very comfortable and the patio is awesome! The rest of the unit is just OK. Beds are all very soft (many reviews say they are comfortable but our group of 6 agreed they were all too soft/saggy), rugs are old, towels were minimal. The unit is definitely showing its age. I guess that's what you get at this price point. Host was responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We have a 1 and a half year old toddler and were thankful to have access to a stroller, high chair and pack-and-play at the condo. There were also lots of beach chairs, beach toys, etc.
The view of the beach and sunset from the corner unit is spectacular. The condo is ideally located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacy. Quick drive to John's pass. Highly recommend Mario's Italian restaurant across the street and Salt Rock Steak House (which is a short drive)
We had a minor temporary hiccup with the A/C and Harry was immediately responsive and addressed the issue right away.
We stay at Madeira Beach on occasion and will be eager to book Harry's condo again when we return.

Had an amazing 6 night stay here. 2 adults, 2 older teenagers. Condo was spotless! It was the perfect location for us to chill after having some time at Disney. Couldn't believe how well 'stocked' the kitchen was - lots of dishes, cooking implements and general bits and bobs drawer that most households have which covered most needs, including sellotape. Also, the cupboard with the seasonings and extra bits and bobs was really appreciated. In addition, unlike most US rentals, there was toilet roll, kitchen roll, dish liquid/dishwasher tabs and laundry tab - all really appreciated.
Showers and bathrooms great, plenty of storage in bedrooms. Lovely quality of towels and bedding. Really appreciated the use of the beach towels, parasol, beach chairs and noodles outside which made our use of the beach area much more enjoyable and easier as we wouldn't otherwise have access to any of these with visiting from the UK. (Also a lot of other beach toys for younger kids).
Parking great and under cover - benefited from using the trolley available to unpack the car - no problems with the lift.
If we had to be really picky, as Brits, we missed a kettle and making tea via the coffee machine wasn't as straight forward and also ice cold water would have been fab although we had no problem using the ice machine in the freezer, only one of our days we ran out however we caught up quickly after that. Also, as the kitchen is so well stocked up, there is not a lot of room for us to store food however I'd rather have access to all the dishes available than have lots of empty cupboards :-)
These are minor things and we had an amazing time at the condo.
For advice if anyone travelling to the area who is requires a gluten free menu, we did not find many restaurants advertising as having gluten free options but when asked, most had a limited number of choices available - did however love Caddy's which was a few mins walk away and had it's own gf menu and really knowledgeable servers. We also used DoorDash app for a delivery to the condo successfully too.
Beach area in general was great. Views, especially at sunset where amazing! Dolphin's didn't show their face whilst we stayed there however we did a dolphin boat ride from Hubbard's Marina which was great and we saw quite a few. The beach was very quiet (last wk of Aug) and it was amazing to be able to swim in the sea with the fish underneath us.

We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 7-14) and had plenty of space.
Kitchen had many useable utensils and many small appliances, which was super convenient!
This property is literally located directly on the beach! Parking was easy and convenient!
The check in and check out process was seamless.
The views from the balcony are amazing! Great place to spot dolphins in the early morning!

Condo with excellent views and everything you need!
This is our 4th stay at Las Brisas and our 1st stay at this particular condo. We absolutely loved this condo!
Pros:
-Location on the beach with great views! Spotted lots of dolphins from the balcony.
-The chairs on the balcony were awesome (sit higher up for great views).
-Covered parking - great to store beach stuff for next day so you don’t have to carry upstairs.
-Corner condo so it has extra natural lighting and an extended view from the balcony.
-Extremely clean. Not a grain of sand on the floor at arrival.
-Although the host couldn’t guarantee these items we were pleased that there were beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boggy boards and fishing poles.
-We appreciated that the host allows the cleaning staff to keep spices and other leftover non-perishable items in the cabinet. There was also plenty of leftover laundry soap, preventing waste.
-I read a review that it was warm in the condo but I’d completely disagree with that. The condo stayed nice and cool with help of a dehumidifier.
Cons:
-Master bed folded in like a taco with 2 of us in it so sleep wasn’t great.
- Ice machine couldn’t keep up with us but there is a convent store right across the street.

Condo That Meets The Family's Needs
I was very impressed with the layout of the condo and all of the equipment it housed for families of various ages. The condo was roomy. The beds were great as far as feel and sizes. It was very helpful that both bathrooms had double vanities and showers/tubs. There were plenty of beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards, and books to read. There was a pac-n-play for small children as well as high chair. I loved how the condo was decorated. My favorite aspect of the condo was the fact that it had a large balcony with plenty of seating to accommodate the six of us on the trip and it faced the ocean. I loved watching the dolphins, storms, and sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped for eating at the condo. The pool was nice. There were grills outside near the pool. The condo was conveniently located to everything in Madeira Beach.

Stayed the week of 5/21/22-5/28/22. Vacation started out great but in the middle of our stay we found beg bugs in my daughters bed, pillow and on traps under her bed. Immediately contacted Harry. Harry stated that he doesn't understand, that the place gets treated regularly and just had a check-up. We texted him pictures and video of the bed bugs that were found so that he could see they were indeed there, and yes we googled the bugs found to what a bed bug looks like and it was definitely bed bugs. Since it was late at night Harry stated he would contact us in the morning. So needless to say the people sleeping in that room chose not to sleep in the beds that night and slept on the couches. The next morning we were given 2 options-remove our belongings and vacate the condo while it is treated or relocate. Being we did not have a place to relocate to we chose the 1st option. Harry and his wife arrived at the condo that morning and we showed them the bedroom with the live bed bugs and also the trap under the bed with bugs on them. He also mentioned that another guest 4 or 5 weeks ago had a bite that was bothering them and had it checked and was told it looked like a bed bug bite. The condo was treated and Harry replaced the 2 headboards in that bedroom. We were able to go back to the condo several hours later. We then proceeded to wash and dry all of all belongings. My daughter had bites show up all over her arms, hands and neck so we went to an urgent care who diagnosed them as bed bug bites and they gave her scrips to treat them. We sent these pictures to Harry. We are not looking for a free vacation but since our vacation was disrupted and time was taken away from our vacation to take care of this situation, not to mention the traumatic experience for my daughter, we felt a partial refund was warranted given the circumstances and relayed this information to Harry. We emailed back and forth and at one point Harry had the nerve to state to me that the tech did not find any bugs during his inspection but when we checked later that night "magically" found many bugs! Believe me this is not something we wanted to deal with on vacation! The fact of the matter was bed bugs were found-we reported this to property owner. And yes anyone in the same situation would agree that a partial refund is warranted.
