This is an immaculate, comfortable,1 bedroom, 1 bath condo newly renovated and updated. The condo sleeps four and has a queen size bed and sofabed. .It is fully tiled and located directly on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.Kitchen appliances are new upscale stainless steel with a new granite extended counter and new cabinets.Kitchen is equipped with a micro convention oven, stove with glass top, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, all utensils, blender, food processor and much more. Bathroom has new walk in tiled shower with double shower heads, new vanity and counter. Balcony has chaise lounge with table and 4 chairs. Direct view of sunsets and dolphins right from your own balcony. No need to drive to a beach. This direct access beachfront unit has additional amenities including, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids ,rafts and swimming noodles. WIRELESS INTERNET so bring your laptop computer.The unit also has 2 Flat Screen TVs with DVD connections; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. All linens, bath and beach towels, hair dryer ,iron, ironing board are included in unit. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and the Sunset Grille Restaurant and Beach Bar are on the first floor with direct access from the beach or the pool area.

This property is perfect for beach lovers. It has everything you may need and has easy access to the bench. You have an amazing view of sunsets and you are within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Barbara is very responsive and made everything very easy (from check in to check out). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful beach front condo on South Marco Island Beach. Updated, clean, 1 bedroom plus a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, convection microwave, stovetop and refrigerator. Perfect location, quiet, secure building with gated access and key entry security doors. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!!

Balcony view of ocean awesome. Watched dolphins almost every day. Beach great. Condo clean. Common areas could use some updating, but didn’t really matter and we were told that common area was going to be updated.

Booking process super easy. Very happy with the condo. Owner answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Beautiful view, private parking, private access to beach. Pool and hot tub awesome! Owner very gracious, front desk staff friendly. A week of paradise! Will definitely be back.

This condo is exactly how it’s described to a T. You really do see dolphins from the balcony. It’s small, but it’s plenty of room for two people. It was very clean. Right on the beach and it’s towards the end of the island so about half a mile walk or so to some restaurants. Very nice that you can park in the garage. The condo is also very secure.

We have stayed at The Apollo a number of times and love the location. Barbara’s condo is an exceptional unit. Clean, fully equipped and comfortable. She also help streamline the check in process by pre-registering us! We look forward to returning soon.

We were very pleased with our stay at Barbara's condo. The description was very accurate, so no surprises. Being right on the beach was great not only for quick access, but just enjoying a morning coffee or sunset from the balcony was fantastic. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were beach chairs and a cart. The umbrella was a bit small, but was in good working condition. We hope to be back someday soon!

We had a great time celebrating our 50fh Anniversary! Condo was real nice/clean. One minor problem, the toilet float value gasket is torn and kept the water running when you flushed the toilet. Had to lift the toilet lid to “reseat” the float. Needs new float value gasket. Might be just as well to replace the whole float system. Sunsets were awesome! Thanks Barbara!

Our stay at Barbara’s condo was unbelievable. The unit has updated appliances & fixtures. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable and the walk-in shower is an extra added bonus. The balcony overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico offering beautiful sunsets & relaxing mornings makes this condo an exceptional value. Sunset Grill restaurant on the ground floor offers a large menu selection & the service is very good as well. Plenty of other restaurants are within walking distance or a short car ride. Barbara is a very gracious & attentive hostess, who answered any & all questions we had prior to arrival. You won’t be disappointed with this beautiful beach front sixth floor condo. We look forward to our return visit in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in Barbara's condo. The Apollo is a great building and we enjoyed everything about it. The unit was perfect for us; super clean, well stocked, and the VIEW, WOW! Beach supplies were great and we spent most of our time on the beach and in the ocean. Loved Marco Island as a whole, laid back and relaxing, but plenty to see and do if you wanted to get out a bit. Definitely want to come back here as this rental was perfect for us. Barbara is a great host, there if you need her, and very gracious.

The unit was perfect, great view, beautiful beach. The check in was horrible. After the flight, renting a car w e just wanted to relax however when we got there we were told we had to get the key 15 minutes away at the cleaning lady's mailbox which was not on our way. After the check in it was great.

This was the first time at Marco Island. The condo was convenient and the restaurant sunset grill also had great food and atmosphere. Our host was also quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend and stay at the Apollo again.

The condo was awesome. The elderly check in woman was not helpful and seemed like she was annoyed because we did not know how to use the elevator key. On our checking out we unfortunately had the same woman who was just as rude. Almost makes us not to want to come back to the Apollo and we’ve been to this complex many times for weekly vacations.

We spent two weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute. Barbara was very helpful and everything we needed was provided. The condo is immaculate and the lanai is spacious with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for beach days and especially sunset watching. Hope to rent this unit again!

Condo 602 was clean, quiet and had everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella and a buggy to get it all to and from the beach! The best part was the view and the balcony! The entire wall facing the gulf is glass and the view is spectacular! Could not be happier with the experience and hopefully will get to visit again!
