About this condo rental
Nestled in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $265 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our privately owned condominium is located in Crescent Shores which is an oceanfront resort in North Myrtle Beach. Lounge in the recliners in our spacious living room with huge windows which reveal a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The extra large balcony, accessible from living area and the master bedroom, is located five stories above the pool and provides privacy from nearby units. Rocking chairs will draw you outside to relax and enjoy the view. Our beach home is tastefully decorated in vibrant colors. The full kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, all standard utensils and a new full sized washer and dryer. The living area has a 50 inch smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and high speed internet. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, marble whirlpool tub and flat screen TV. Each additional bedroom has two queen sized beds and flat screen TVs. All bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures. Our guests may enjoy the outdoor pool, lazy river, two oceanfront oversized hot tubs, enclosed pool, and exercise room. Parking is provided under the building and in our secure covered deck which is across the street. Linens (except towels), Cookware, and Utensils are provided. We even have a crock pot! Sorry No Pets, No smoking or vaping allowed on property including inside the condo, on the balcony or on the property. Crescent Shores is a smoke free property. We had a great weekend. The unit itself was extremely clean, though the extended property itself is undergoing some renovations which were not undergoing normal cleaning.
Great stay, great unit and great host.
One of the hidden gems of this unit is the external closet which helps you keep the sandy stuff outside. Really useful.

Our first time staying at this property and we plan on staying again in the future. Lovely condo, fully equipped and location was perfect for our family vacation. The owners were so helpful with any additional needs or questions. 10 star rating in our book!!

This condo however does not supply towels which is fine, that’s what Walmart is for. They have everything else though. Also reserved sets of beach chairs and umbrella for a couple of days from the Czech guy located right behind the condo. Can’t beat this offer. Highly recommend. Hope to rent from these same owners for future stays.

It was an awesome get away for my family and I, condo was as advertised. It was clean when we got there, it had everything we needed and then some…..a few things it could use and it’s just minor things is a new set of pans, everything we cooked stuck to the pans no matter what we used, again minor. The views were amazing, and the amenities were top notch. Definitely will be staying there again.

We had a great vacation while in North Myrtle Beach. Our condo was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Good communication with owners and condo was exactly like pictured. They are working on elevators so that was a little aggravating but no fault of owners. We would defenitly stay there again. Perfect layout for a family With children. Very quiet too.

This is our 3rd year staying at Kathy and Bobs’s place. The location and view can not be beat. We loved the ocean view! The check in process is simple and although the parking at check in can get crowded we were able to manage without too much trouble. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and the living room furniture very comfortable. I do think it might be time to update the mattresses as they are quite worn. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevator situation as they were making repairs and down to one elevator causing long waits to get to the unit but we heard this will be fixed by summer. Overall we find this condo to be family friendly and in a great location!

Ended our 3 months of wintering with the final month in NMB. Condo was a great place to end. Had everything we needed. Was a beautiful location and a great layout for 2 couples. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here over Christmas. Even with colder temps, sitting on the balcony with a blanket watching the water was everything we love about Myrtle. The condo is bigger than the pictures make it appear, which was great with three teenagers, but it is still cozy enough we could recharge and reconnect as a family unit. We would definitely stay here again.
The only minori issue we had was that the parking pass had the wrong dates. We stayed over Christmas, but they were dated for Dec. 4. We didn't make a fuss and neither did the parking attendant. I'm guessing the off season and the holidays make everyone a bit more understanding.

We stayed at this property from 9/1-9/8/22. There were no instructions about which tower you are in, how to unload, and that you have to park across the street, be advised, We entered the property during an electricity outage, no lights, no AC, it was a very hectic time working to keep children from overheating and trying to unpack via cell phone lights. Owner I formed us of the blackout but no apologies. Drawers in one dresser, certainly not of high quality, were not fitting into the dresser properly, but did function, and a chair rail trim piece was loose (we kept the kids away from that area during our stay). We just needed to get unpacked, feed the children, and get them outside to the pool to cool off. We didn't complain, we just worked with these things, we didn't inspect this property with a fine toothed comb in the darkness, and we didn’t sign the paper left on a counter that said everything was in working order. We had to clean up confetti from the previous guest and search for a lost toy after the power came on. To find the toy, we had to lift the couches to retrieve said toy and were grossed out by the dirt, candy, and crumbs left behind. We even found a pink pacifier from a previous guest. Again, we did not say anything to the owner, we just were content to use the property and not pick it apart. The check out time is very early, 9 AM, we cleared everything out, were required to strip the beds and we locked the door and let them know we had left early for their housekeeping staff to go in early. We were told that their housekeepers said we broke the drawers and that trim piece and were charged a lot. This is from the overly observant housekeeping staff that left all that confetti and food/crumbs/ toys under the couches and missed the fact that the drawers were not fitting into the dresser nor that the trim was loose on their cleaning trip before we arrived. Be advised that this might happen to you. Take photos of everything, and complain a lot, I guess, to protect yourself from charges that you cannot defend against after you leave. We have multiple adult witnesses to the broken drawers and trim and are disputing this claim with VRBO. As of right now, the Tierneys have already charged our credit card two times for this. Back to using rental companies like we have for the last 10 years, we never had anything like this happen and we always travel with family and children. I am amazed and sad that our vacation ended this way.

We spent our family vacation in this condo and it was perfect! The balcony overlooking the beach is definitely a highlight. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise and in the evenings, we watched one of our sons fishing. The condo was accurately described. It was well stocked with needed items. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. This is our 2nd time renting this place and we will most certainly be back!

My family and I stayed here and had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and was as stated in the ad. Great location, great beach, lifeguard present, lots to do in the local area. Would highly recommend. The owners were attentive and prompt; no negative issues at all.

It is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The view was excellent. The condo has everything you need to have an awesome vacation. If I had any questions, the owners were quick to respond. I would definitely rent here again.

The Condo we stayed in was Excellent. The parking across the street is terrible.
Fortunately we checked in on aTuesday and checked out on Sunday. We observed the Check-in and Out on Saturday. It was a disaster.
I have been going to North Myrtle Beach Condos for over 20 years and have never seen anything so bad.
Sorry for my negative comments, but I am sure I am not telling you something you don’t already know. Again, a very nice Condo unit in room 507.
