About this condo rental

Nestled in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $227 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Step into this well-appointed four-bedroom oceanfront condo and let your worries wash away with the tide. This ninth-floor unit includes a washer and dryer, oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and master, beautiful bedding and designer furnishings. The living room offers ocean views from two blue oversized couches and a flatscreen tv. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and all stainless appliances. The master suite has a king-sized bed and large private bathroom with a jetted tub. There are two bedrooms with two queen beds and a fourth with just one. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, & Hot Tub - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Room - Sun Deck - Parking Garage MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Simply walk up to our outdoor check-in location and we will hand you your packet and you will be on your way! No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe! ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.

The size and location of the condo was exactly what I was looking for; however, there was a horrible smell within the unit that never went away. The sheets in the front bedroom with two beds were not cleaned. There were hairs and sand in the sheets and food under the bed. In spite of that, we all had a great time.

-one of the bathroom door was broken -unit was not cleaned properly -bathroom matt’s were stinking and needs replacement Reported these issues multiple times (from the day of checkin on Saturday and again on Monday and again in person on Wednesday. Issues were not fixed at all. This was a bad experience overall

Beautiful view! Beach was clean, grounds were kept nice, we had a great family vacation. I wish the area around the condo was a little nicer but overall was just what we needed in a trip. We got to mini golf, go to Broadway on the Beach and Myrtle Beach Boardwalk which was fun!
