Location was very good, construction at the building was a nuisance but had little impact on our group. We found the door lock was tricky, at times it didn't lock the door, we spent more time than we should have ensuring it locked properly

Our stay was nice but it would have been great to have know upfront that there was work being done on the resort. Pool was closed as there was only 5 tubes for the lazy River. Our condo was not very clean! We had to ask for clean sheets and we cleaned off the cigarette butts from the balcony. The place needed a deep clean for sure.

Our condo was perfect for what we want out of a vacation. Excellent beach access, clean building, and easy access to parking garage. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had everything we needed when we were cooking. I loved the huge crock pot! The condo was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of myrtle beach itself but close enough for us to drive a short distance and enjoy restaurants, shopping and attractions. There was some renovation work being done on some of the other condos so the noise from that was aggravating from time to time. And the parking area directly under the building was closed for the renovations as well as the large outdoor pool. The only real complaint i had was that most od the beds were super uncomfortable and seem to be in need of some new mattresses. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The owner needs to be more involved with issues of the property, such as replacing beds. I was told that the washer and dryer were being replaced on the day after we departed. North Beach Reality gets a 10 for their assistance with issues during our stay.

Great location. Very spacious condo. More than enough room for our family of 5. Only 2 negatives were that the bar stools still had food and crumbs all around the cushions, which was gross, and the microwave wouldn't heat. Nevertheless, once property management was alerted, a handyman came promptly with a new, free-standing microwave to get us through, and he also vacuumed and cleaned the stools. Overall, we had a great time.

We loved the condo, plenty of room for our whole family, easy walk to and from the beach and pools. Loved the balcony with ocean view! We had some issues with some items, a broken lamp, TV didn't work, dryer wasn't drying, but we called it in and got great response time, it was handled within a day. Check out time was at 10:00 cleaning people were standing right outside our door, before 10:00 waiting on us to leave, I understand that they need to get the room cleaned for the other guest, but we had until 10 to check out, felt very rushed. We left behind two items, a coffee cup & air purifier and when we called about it we were told no one could check to see if the items were still there until the other guest checked out. Hopefully we can get our belongings back.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo and the accessibility for handicap guests. The dishwasher had dishes in it and we weren't sure if they were clean or not. We stayed 2 weeks and were only provided 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I know that was communicated however, if you stay 2 weeks you would think there would be more. The couch had goldfish crackers falling out onto the floor and one of the bathroom showers had long dark hair all over the walls. Parking is a huge issue if you have anyone in your party that can't get around well. There are only 2 handicapped parking spots next to the condo. The rest of the parking is across the street. I feel that it would be very helpful if the 1st floor of the condo were reserved for handicap guestsI would like to say that the management staff were very nice and professional. We had an issue with the coffee maker & they replaced it right away, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our nightly ice cream from Mr. G's. Highly recommend them!

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our family of ten. Everything worked and there were no issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the property upon our arrival did not meet our expectations. We vacuumed the entire condo. We also purchased Windex and wiped down many surfaces that had hand or fingerprints on them. If not for the cleanliness issues we would have rated this a 5.

Overall stay was nice. After finally getting the dryer fixed, it was not heating and could not do laundry, which I had planned to do. Rooms could use some updating. Beds need better support, mattresses sag and pillows are completely flat.

Our unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the spacious fridge and other kitchen furnishings. We had plenty of dishes and the smart TV was nice. And of course you can’t beat the balcony and proximity to the ocean.We had issues with the dryer timer not working and when you would open the dishwasher the whole machine would slightly come out. One of our group had to the wash the sheets in her room because they were dirty upon check in, and one of the bathroom sinks started leaking underneath and soaked our belongings.Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

It was overall a good value. It would have been nice to know about work being completed on-site. 1. 2 out of the 3 elevators being down and 2. The lazy river pool being drained and being worked on. The condo itself was a nice layout, had everything we needed, and a fantastic view!

Condo was very nice but, the elevator situation made it hard to with a baby. The master bedroom had an odor and when we told management they put an air freshener in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked but, the pans are horrible. Everything sticks and ruined our pancakes and eggs every morning.

We stayed there with two other families.... 6 adults and 2 kids. The room and location was perfect and provided us with plenty of space being that it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The room decor was very nice and it was also very clean. We really enjoyed staying at this place and would definitely recommend to family and friends as we would stay there again if we go back in the future.

The view from this condo is breath taking. The condo was clean and roomy enough for the 9 of us that were there all week. Beds could use some upgrading, but they were good enough. It's vacation...not home! The kitchen was well equipped. Could have used some containers with lids for left overs. We are budgeters and cook in a lot. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling well enough. They were there right away to access the issue and came back and actually replaced the entire air conditioning unit. My daughter was 34 weeks pregnant...we needed it to be COLD! lol Loved having 3 bathrooms as 6 out of the 9 of us are women! The beach out from the high rises at Crescent Shores were really crowded. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. daughters fairytale came true...her boyfriend proposed to her on the beach!

Girls Week
We had a Girl Friends Week at this property. Check in was seamless. The cleanliness of the property, entryway, lobby, and pool areas were constantly being cleaned. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beach was awesome. Beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented daily or weekly. We loved being away from the downtown area but could get there easily. Close to many restaurants and activites.

Horrible process checking in and horrible process trying to get onto elevator with many, many others
Not very good. Was not told about a parking garage ACROSS the street that we would have to use. Kitchen poorly stocked with utensils, etc., one bed broken, extremely bright lights at night for front bedrooms. Do not recommend this place. Too small of a pool for the size of two buildings. Out of 3 elevators, one was not working the entire week we were there. Have not heard back from Realty Comp to be sure they received all our pool wristbands, you will have to pay $15 per wristband not returned so beware.

Very nice. Had trouble locking the door with the key pad. Called and left a message with the realtor, she never called me back. Had to ask a stranger, whose brother had the same lock and finally got the door to lock so we could go out! They should give you some directions, in the details.

The property was always clean. Having the grocery baskets and luggage carts were perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually left my soft cooler in one of the grocery baskets and ran back panicked and asked a very nice gentleman (I think he was in charge) who had asked the other workers there if anyone had found it. Sure enough it was in the break room. Needless to say I was elated!

The condo was great just as it is online. The location could not have been any better for our needs. Being over the ocean is the only way to go when you’re at the beach. The condo was supplied with everything that we needed. All this being said our biggest complaint was the check in process.
I had called to inform them of my late arrival on Friday night. They told me the packet would be in the lock box. Upon arrival at North Beach Realty I opened the lockbox and there was a packet in there although the wrong initial with the correct last name was on the packet. Unfortunately there were two people with the same last name. That family had checked in in person in the office Friday at 4:30. My paperwork was given to that family who actually signed my paperwork. This is unheard of! So upon arrival Friday night there were people who had my condo. They did offer us another condo which was not on the beach to stay that night until they could rectify the problem in the morning. But this was a 45 minute process for them to even figure out that the wrong people had signed my paperwork. I’m not sure how this can even happen? I would’ve thought they needed an ID for someone to sign paperwork because they ask for my ID the next morning. Super frustrating I ended up having to pick up my daughter and granddaughter at the airport and then crowded into my brothers small house for the night. They did get a hold of the people Saturday morning and ask them to move out and then cleaners did a rush clean through the condo. Pretty certain I would not rent through North Beach Realty again. I will say that they allowed us to stay an extra night and that they comped me for the first night but of course none of the fees were comped.
I have rented for many years thru VRBO and have never had something like like this happen. I actually had to sign paperwork that they had whited out the signature of the other renters.
Again the condo was great, it met all our needs!
