Nestled in Princeville, this lovely condo for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. This Pali Ke Kua townhouse condo is located in the town of Princeville on the lush North Shore of Kauai. The North Shore is known for its beautiful tranquil beaches and majestic mountain peaks. The world famous Na Pali Coast is located here on the North Shore. You will likely see rainbows and waterfalls on most days! Princeville is home to an award winning golf course and has horseback riding and miniature golf close by. The condo complex sits on top of an ocean bluff where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and in springtime you can watch whales spouting offshore. This complex is the only one in Princeville that has its own private paved pathway to the beach. And what an amazing beach it is! You can surf, SUP, snorkel, swim, or sunbathe all at one beach. Plenty to do for everyone in your group! Our condo is the perfect home away from home as you discover all Kauai has to offer. This two story unit has two master suites, each with full bathrooms, and large picture windows that have a peak of an ocean view. The condo has WiFi, a 55' flat screen tv, cable , and a blue-ray DVD player. The upstairs also has a 40" flat screen tv. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs. There is an electric grill on the furnished lanai. The morning sun comes in the dining room window making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The large stone counter and bar area is another great option for enjoying a meal. The condo is furnished Hawaiian style and has a nice breeze that keeps the condo comfortable and cool during most days. The lanai off the living area opens up to a spacious grassy area that has a view towards the ever changing mountains and skies of Kauai. Only a few units away is the pool area with Jacuzzi. A short 10 minute drive brings you to the historic town of Hanalei, known for it's taro fields and 2 miles of soft white sandy beach at the bay where you can enjoy surfing, SUPing, kayaking, swimming, boogie boarding, or just relaxing under a beach umbrella. There are many restaurants, shops, galleries and grocery markets to explore nearby.

The location was great. It was comfortable and clean. Cute Hawaiian decor. On a rainy day we enjoyed all the birds that came to the patio. Was delighted to see the pair of cardinals so close. The path to the beach was spectacular. The location convenient. The pizza next door delicious Ir did have a smoke smell when you entered. Recommend Kilz. Overall perfect. Thank you

This is a very nice property, with master suites, 1 on the main floor and 1 upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a very nice stay!

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and in a great location. There was a surfer with us who got to enjoy the waves. The communication between the owners and myself was amazing. Highly recommended. Five stars.

Very clean, well equipped condo that is centrally located to discover all that the north shore has to offer. It does have a few stairs to contend with and cooled by air vents. However, the vents work great and there are multiple fans. It is walking distance to 1Hotel for coffee and views. An easy 15 minute drive to Hanalei Bay. The condo itself is very quiet and peaceful. The layout is fantastic and patio felt private. We sat out there for hours watching different birds and geckos. Highly recommend this condo and operator. Mahalo.

The 2-story condo was sparkly clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the internal decoration, a real beach house with a peaceful atmosphere. The condo is quiet. Don't miss the majestic sunset views, just about a 2-minute walk.

This condo is in a great location on Kauai. Close to the best snorkeling and body surfing beaches. The property is comfortable and has some amenities such as beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach umbrella, coolers, and body surf boards. You can go to the beach and stay all day comfortably. If this location is available youâre lucky to get it.

We arrived at the property at 4pm and it was still being cleaned ( check in was at 3pm). The apartment was clean, with everything we needed for cooking. It was hard to see the mountains from the lanai, there were trees in the way, but you do look out onto a grassy area with lots of birds and chickens. The main bedroom upstairs did get really hot in the afternoon but soon cooled down with the AC unit upstairs. We enjoyed our stay there.

It was a nice townhouse unit with 2 beds and 2 baths which is nice for 4 people. It was a great location to the north island and we loved going to all of the various beaches. I kept expecting Mr Roper to walk in the unit.
The unit had nice showers. Lots of Nene's, roosters and chickens and geckos and anoles. The only downside of the property was that about halfway through we started to see the odd cockroach. And then later we had a few found in our bags that were stored in the closets and on the floor. We are very cockroach averse and concerned about them travelling with us now. The unit needs new flooring and updating. Especially with the amount that people are charging for the rentals nowadays.
I understand that it is a tropical jungle area but there are ways to upgrade and better seal the homes from pests.
Overall communication was great and we did enjoy our time in the area.

Loved everything about this place. Fully and comfortably stocked, great location. Lovely private spot for snorkeling and sunsets. The upstairs bedroom get stifling hot but they have a room AC that is a lifesaver. Everything worked great and the condo is clean, modern and comfortable.

The condo was adorable. Well stocked with all the essentials. The only negative was the heat. The condo stayed cool at night with the windows and fans going. During the day even with the little a/c unit in the bed room the heat was unbearable from 1030a to 4p. Otherwise very happy with our stay!

My family enjoyed this condo very much! We loved that it was close to Hanalei! That was our favorite beach and it is such a cute town. The private path, to Hideaway Beach, is a 1/2 mile walk to get to. Very nice beach though.

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful accommodations with everything we needed. Very clean and confortable with lovely decor at a convenient location. We also enjoyed the beach, which was a short distance away. We hope we can come back.

We had an amazing stay here! The space was clean and spacious and there were two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The location is perfect since you can walk to Hideaway Beach and the Queens Bath. Both of these spots were our favorite pet of the trip.

We love staying at this property in Kauai on the north side. It is perfect for our family with 2 children. We love using the lanai, the pool nearby, taking in the views and the path to the beach.

This was a cozy property with all the essentials. Host was responsive. Nene goose sightings in the morning was a nice plus!

Great location. Clean condo. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There are spices but other than that if you are cooking you will need to buy whatever you need for meals to eat there or on the go. Laura responded quickly to any questions we had which was appreciated.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs! The location can't be beat and the community is quite and well maintained. The condo itself was clean and very well stocked. We especially appreciated having snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take to the beach. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is at the top of my list. I have never dealt with more responsive hosts! Laura was truly amazing and responded very quickly to my questions and proactively reached out to us when the cable company notified her know of an outage (not that we even cared! we never even turned on the TV!). Thank you for sharing you beautiful condo with us! We hope we can return again some day and stay longer!

My family loved this property. It was so nice for the kids to be able to run out in the field and chase chickens, geckos and frogs. The bathrooms were very nice. We used the snorkel equipment and beach toys. The pack n play could use a new mattress. The beds were really nice and the ac kept the room cool so we could sleep upstairs.
