Our 1 bedroom condo was very comfortable, including the bed and shower. The size of the rooms was fine and the floor plan very well laid out. We had a noise problem with the vent fan in the roof and it was fixed "immediately". We would absolutely stay at this property again! Very highly recommended!
Well, the location was not very close to the beach or any kind of shops or restaurants. . . having a car is required. There was no elevator. But, the location was as advertised and expected and the grounds were very well kept and lovely.

The location is fantastic, it's like on the edge of Jurassic Park.
A larger swimming pool would be nice.

Very pretty, comfortable, nicely decorated and very well equipped one bedroom apartment, with balcony. Likewise the hotel provides beach umbrellas and chairs free of charge for guests, among other things. Personnel friendly and helpful.
Check out too early (10am) and check in late afternoon. Asking guests extra money ($ 1 dollar) for an extra shampoo sachet is not only very odd, but specially tight, considering we were 2 people and stayed 3 nights. Its obviously not the amount, but the fact. Also, "security deposit", to be returned in 7-10 business days. Is it so difficult to check the apartment at the time of the check out?

Location in Princeville is great!
Dated villas with old glass shutters type windows! The nets were old and jarred open here and there. Saw a lizard the first night and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the stay. The windows need major update. Very spacious but the windows were a bit too exposed to the elements!
