About this condo rental
Situated in Marmora, this charming condo for $427 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located at 4641 West Ave in Ocean City, New Jersey. This home was built in 2011 and is the first floor unit. Comfortably sleeps seven with two queen beds and one bunk bed that has a double and a single. Home has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv's in two bedrooms and the living room. Dining table for 6 plus 3 at the counter. No garage use, but there is storage for chairs in a separate storage area. It also has a large front patio and an outside shower. Four beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Rental is weekly Saturday to Saturday. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Downtown shopping district with unique stores, and restaurants.

The property was extremely clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Quick short walk to the beach and easy bike ride anywhere else. Owners were super helpful and communication was great. Would definitely return!

Great location for a family atmosphere. It was quiet, but easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. The property itself was great and as promised. It was spacious and very clean. The electronics and WiFi were great. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience.

We really enjoyed are week. The house was very clean and the owners were so easy to work with. A huge bonus they have beach tags for their renters. I would recommend this rental.

This was a beautiful property in a quiet area of Ocean City. The beach was spacious and never crowded. The house was well-kept and had all the amenities we could want. So happy we chose it for our family vacation.

House is extremely clean and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the North side of OC. We spend most time at the house enjoying the beach, dinner, and just watching people and cars drive by!! We even took a short drive to La Fontana in Strathmere which was open for outdoor dining during COVID-19. We also like the fact that the beach is just a short walk away and is less crowded then near the boardwalk. We are looking forward to returning here next summer for Year 3!!

Fantastic Location in Ocean City!!
We so enjoyed our stay in this immensely clean and fabulous house with our two girls! Rooms were large as well as bathroom space! Outdoor shower was perfect to clean ourselves after a Long Beach day. The location was perfect, not too crowded and less noisy than our previous rentals which were closer to boardwalk. Look forward to renting next year. Thank you so much Crawford Family😊�

Great Beach House
Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside was the distance to playgrounds, but we knew that going in. Our baby learned to walk on vacation, so it will always be a special one for us.

Excellent first floor condo close to the beach
Went for a late season break and lucked out with sunshine every day! the apartment is in excellent condition and very well stocked for an easy few days stay. If you have kids who want to hit the boardwalk every night this may not be for you as it is a long way south of the boardwalk- too far to walk. But, if that is of no value to you the beach here is clean, simple and unspoiled for a quieter vacation. West Ave. is one of the main thoroughfares, so sitting on the front deck you will get the traffic noise, but off season weekdays it was dead. The bedrooms are all a the rear of the property and there was no road noise later at night. All in all a lovely home for a slightly more 'off the grid' stay.

My family of 4 had a great time. We had a few guests for dinner and the seating around the table was great- we could all be together.
Walk to the beach was easy, that was a nice surprise. Overall I would recommend this house. Super clean. Updated. Would stay again.

Very nice stay
House is very clean and well kept. Nice upgraded features. My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay. The house is on a quiet end of Ocean City. Very nice to sit on the front porch and listen to the sounds from the marsh across the street. All necessities like paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc were supplied, which is a very nice addition.
We had a very nice stay and would rent again.

This was our second year having stayed in this house. It is a beautifully maintained house with a wonderful front porch. We enjoy the location of the house with only a short walk to the beach. The owners are wonderful and have communicated effectively throughout. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Ocean City.

My family had an excellent time. The house was immaculate and was incredibly clean and welcoming. The communication between the owner and myself prior to our stay and during our stay was helpful and appreciated. The house is conveniently located to allow for a short walk to the beach and a short car ride to various restaurants. We were incredibly happy and wish to return.
