Property has been completely updated, with furniture and appliances, comfortable bedding and sofa, well stocked with everything we needed. Great location, covered parking, restaurant on site, great beach is regularly manicured. We have stayed at this complex before, unit 603 the nicest we have stayed in, plan to return again in 2025. Love Marco Island, lot good eateries

We loved the sunset from the balcony. First night there we order local pizza delivery and had wine on the patio and watched the amazing sunset. Condo was very clean. Plenty of towels. Easy access parking and getting into the condo. Keurig coffee maker in the room but bring your own "pods" or whatever they are called, or head to 7-11 for coffee or a local great breakfast spot down the street. Food in the Sunset grill at the condo is also good. Condo employees are so, so, so nice. We did a 4 hr rental on a pontoon boat one day and that was a lot of fun. Great long weekend getaway for us.

Location was great and unit was very nice. Having the restaurant in the building was great! The only very small issue was that the coffee maker pictured is not actually the one there. We would definitely go back!

We were on the island for a meeting but extended for a long weekend. This was such the perfect spot. Totally remodeled condo, on the beach, in an awesome building and great communication with the owners! Everything you need and more is provided!

My husband and I had a great time relaxing at Dawn & Guy’s condo. It was clean and inviting. The check in process was easy. Only 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the parking pass fee was raised to $45 in January and the listing quotes the old rate of $25. Love that the beach was steps away. Even better was the fact that the afternoon sun 🌞 covers the condo deck so I just stayed put in afternoons and could pop into the condo for the restroom, a cold drink or just to cool off.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. We have stayed at hotels and other condo rentals on Marco Island and this was our favorite so far! The staff at the building was exceptionally kind and helpful. The unit is charmingly decorated and has every amenity you could need including linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and all kitchen supplies. We spent our time on the beach right in front of the building. It was so convenient to have direct beach access, we woke up early to put up our umbrellas and came back to eat breakfast and change. The beach was full of beautiful shells including fighting conch and lightning welks. The stay includes assigned covered parking and access to the pool and restaurant as well. We ended up preparing simple meals at the condo but many guests we met enjoyed the restaurant on site. It was a short walk to the Marco Walk Plaza shopping center. Such a great location and prime beach spot. We will definitely book again. Thank you Dawn!

Marco Island and this property were just what my husband and I needed. Guy & Dawn's condo was just as advertised, it had everything we needed for a very relaxing few days. You cannot beat the beachfront location and having chairs, towels and an umbrella available made it so simple. We enjoyed wonderful weather, great food, and beautiful sunsets from our beachfront balcony. This is the perfect place to get away for a few days and let the stress of everyday fade away. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo

The condo is recently remodeled with great decor and comfort. The location was even better than expected with a constant beach view and amazing sunsets in the balcony overlooking the gulf. My only issue was initially on the parking. Would be helpful to have instructions on obtaining a parking ticket from the gate and then going inside to the front desk to finish setting up the parking. Also the listing and contract shows the parking as $25 for the stay but has gone up to $45. The only other thing was the listing said beach things would be there in the unit. There were lots ofbeach towels in the closet but we never found any other beach items that were thought were in the listing. Also we discovered that there was only one trash bag- the one in the can when we arrived. We did not want to buy awhole box to have to fly home with but we made it work. Next time we will just plan to pack a few trash bags! We always look for a well decorated,comfortable,clean place with a great location so this checks all of thaton the list!

Beach front condo at the Apollo was great. We have stayed at this location multiple times. Weather was terrific. Excellent week of relaxation. Interface with owners was seamless and responses always very prompt.

The condo was exactly as pictured! The closet with the chairs and coolers provided everything you needed to head straight to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean and the location was outstanding! Dawn was always available and a great hostess! I would highly recommend staying at this condo!

My wife and I stayed here for the first time in 2017. We were so excited to come back 5 years later. The condo was clean, comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed spending the entire trip on the beach. We plan to stay again!
