We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very accommodating. The balcony overlooking the ocean was very large and we enjoyed watching the sunrises se and sunset. The fitness center and indoor pool were a plus. Close too restaurants beach bars and the pier. The Grand Marlin is a must!

The unit was everything we expected. There were a few lamps that needed bulbs replaced and we had to request the gate/elevator code after check in time otherwise everything was great. We needed to extend our stay an additional night and that process was quick and seamless. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We requested at booking for the twin beds to be set up as a king which wasn't done and the owners were very quick to take care of that. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice; however, looks like the owners were just there as personal items were left behind. The "extra" linen in the closets were thrown on the top shelf and were very dirty. There was a suitcase in the closet in the room my daughter used. There was a cat's toy under the bed and a dirty sock.
The fire alarm in the building went off twice during our stay; once at 3am for 17 minutes. The smoke detector in the 2nd master bedroom started beeping at 3am (different night of the building alarm) and continued for 2.5 hours. Sounded like a low battery alert.
And on two separate occasions I spotted a bug in the 2nd master bathroom.
When we arrived, we didn't have the correct code to enter the building. I tried calling the contact number but got a text message that phone calls were not being received. I got a call back over 40 minutes later. It's unfortunate that there is no front desk and no one readily available to help for any unexpected situations.
The balconies are great. I enjoyed the kitchen updates. But probably wouldn't return to this unit.

Unit needs a good cleaning. Lots of dust bunnies in closets, lamps.
Some bedrooms lack clothing storage other than closets.
Beds were clean, balcony was great, loved the grill!
Besides the unit needing some TLC, it was lovely.

The condo had everything one can ever want and need for a perfect beach vacation. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths each couple had privacy without having to share bathrooms. Walking down to the beach and enjoying the umbrellas and chairs that came with the condo made it super convenient. The pools and hot tubs were enjoyable after the beach. We łoved it and highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing and the views are wonderful!
All of the bedrooms were nice and it was amazing having 4 bathrooms since we had 10 people.
Suggestions - Hire a better cleaning service (dust was thick in some areas) and replace the grill. It worked sometimes, but not every time.
Even with the suggestions, we would stay again. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Light fixture broken and not hanging properly above kitchen table. Dirty glasses in cabinets. Toilet seat in south master extremely loose. Extra blankets and comforters in closet not sure if clean or not. Only 5 forks to eat with in kitchen. Grill almost caught on fire, no fire extinguisher below sink. Residents in room 1005 next door woke me up at midnight with loud music and singing last night.

Vic and his team were very responsive and kind. I would love to give this condo 5 stars, but I simply can't. It was not clean. I feel like the first day we were there I was constantly wiping things down, sanitizing, etc. Even the washer was dirty. Something fell off the bed in the second master, and I wish I had never seen underneath the bed. No wonder I could not stop sneezing. In that same master bedroom (not facing the beach) the light and fan switch does not work correctly. The rooms have very little if any drawer space. Everything has to hang up (with very few hangers) unless you want to live out of your suitcase. We were also given two towels and two wash cloths per bathroom. No extras. I literally washed towels and wash cloths every, single day. There are also not enough forks for the amount of people this condo can sleep which means we had to eat breakfast in shifts. My biggest "ick" was the fact that the first two days we were there we had service people come in our condo unannounced. One of our guests came back from the beach early to find a maintenance man in his bathroom taking the toilet apart. But no one staying in the condo had called in an issue with any toilet. The next day A/C guys came in to change the air filters. At least they left a note. It's just unnerving to have people in a space where our belongings were with no warning or a safe to keep valuables.

I thought the main tower would be too far off the ocean (because of those small buildings in front), but we were certainly close enough. Beach Club is a very nice place.
Having to use a key-fob instead of an access code was inconvenient and frustrating at times, but the amenities in the gym and spa were a treat to have.
I would definitely stay here again. Our four bedroom had a wrap around balcony on the ocean side AND a smaller balcony on the bay side.

The accommodations were great as far as room. The floors were not very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable but, the bed spreads and pillow shams in a couple rooms should have been washed. The fan in the back bedroom facing the street did not work properly and the overhead light in the side bedroom facing the new building being constructed did not work. The dishwasher was not cleaning well. We had to run it twice each time to clean dishes. Please know we truly did enjoy our stay but felt it was important to pass on the issues so you are aware.

We had a great time. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Everything was lovely. Minor trouble getting the living room television to work but we figured it out. Great communication with management. Would book again.

Enjoyed our second stay here! Blue angels flew past while we were on the balcony so that was a surprise and really special! Only thing was floors were not as clean as last time, obvious sand still on rugs. I just used the vacuum provided and it was all taken care of. Beautiful place! We will be back!

This condo was nearly perfect, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra covers and towels, we absolutely loved that it came with beach chair rentals. My only complaint would be that the appliances needed updating. Specially the dishwasher which had a slight sour smell and really struggled to get things clean. Other than that we really had a great time and didn’t even mind the construction happening next door. Would definitely stay there again.

The Beach Club was a wonderful place and we enjoyed it very much!

Checking in was rough. We didn't get the check in email until after the lady at the front building called to ask about it. Then the building codes were wrong. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. This property is exactly what you see in the description. It is very roomy with a TV in every room. We are already talking about going back.
