Great location near the beach - good for 1-2 nights

We were met 5 mins after our arrival with the key. Very fast!

Overall the apartment is dated on the inside. Could use a major facelift but decent accommodations for a one night stay.

We were only there one night and it was fine for what we needed.

The location was very good - adjacent to the beach and several restaurants. We really liked Pissouri Beach as a place to stay as it seems more like authentic Cypriot and away from all the herds of tourists.

We had trouble locating exactly where the apartment was located as there is no name or number there. There are a lot of stairs to climb to reach the apartment, especially carrying our luggage.

Great location, view and friendly staff

We were met by Adriana at our arrival. She was extremely warm and helpful, allowed us to do a later check out and made us feel welcome.

Great apartment with a million dollar view

Lovely apartment with a great ocean view! There was a full kitchen with an oven and the living room and terrace are large.

The hot water tank only allowed one to take a shower. But the tank got hot quite quickly.

Excellent host with a spacious hospitable apartment.

I was travelling around Cyprus trying to keep to a budget on accommodation. This place was definitely one a the better places I stayed. The room upon entering was awesome. Very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of space to chill and relax. As there was only one bedroom, this large living area provides ample space.. Full facilities are provided should you need such as cooker, washing machine, cot, radiator. The outside balcony areas with an arch had a great sea view, marred slightly by a large flat floor level roof in front of the building. Made no difference for me though. I personally really like this place and if I ever return, will definitely check to see if this is available. Location was again excellent, being only a minutes walk away from the beach. Was able to have a morning sunrise swim (admittedly cold this time of year). Beautiful. The beach itself was great and can imagine it being very busy during peak times. The owner was excellent and highly communicative, informing me were she would be and what to do and where to go. Very much appreciated. I did have trouble with one of my payment cards and the communication was again great. I arrived to the apartments at the same time she did. She showed me where I could park and gave me the keys. All in all a great experience.

I am only nit-picking here, so aside from the slightly dated appliances and bathroom fittings (the shower curtain rail slipped a little), my only real gripe would be the hot water for showering did not last very long. May not be an issue for some in summer, but maybe an issue for more that 2 people.

The apartment was nice and right next to the beach. Lovely balcony too

Only stayed one night and im glad, there was construction going on at 7am drilling etc from the next room, felt like I woke up in a building site. You also need your own shampoo

Booked via booking.com, last minute decision. It was marked as reception working until 9pm, we arrived later. Had clear message how and where to find the key and our room. Did not meet any staff but all worked out well. Very welcomming, neatly presented, lovely view to thebeach and close to pubs/ shops. Thankyou.

The host was very friendly and helpful! We found everything we needed. Clean. Nice view. Cozy area. Best stay in our journey to Cyprus. It’s very calm here (we were in winter time) if you prefere peace - highly recommend!

Really large apartment with all the equipment you might need, located literally just one staircase from the beach front. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, just to consider - I would appreciate shower gel/shampoo available in the shower, flight travel restrictions with 100ml are making it difficult to bring one nowadays.

Love the location and have stayed there previously but not in this particular apartment. The hosts were very relaxed and extremely friendly. The apartment was nicely positioned and everything worked except for broken shower fitting and towel rail.

The cutlery and glasses were just a mis-matched assortment of old junk. Shower head needs fixing back to the wall (not a difficult task!); ditto broken towel rail - both looked like they had been broken for a while. The patio chairs looked like they had been rescued from a skip; they should be put back there (bits of the woven plastic seats/arms kept falling off and needed sweeping up regularly). The same applied to the faded and torn patio door curtains. Come on guys, just spend a few Euros on the place and it might be worth what you're charging..

The apartment was nicely decorated, well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Perry, the owner was first class and went out of his way to make our stay as stress free as possible, going above and beyond what would be expected! A true gentleman thank you. The location is beautiful, with a sharp contrast from the outstanding Mediterranean beach front on the doorstep and a very short taxi ride away is a traditional and stunning Cypriot hillside village with a bustling village square boasting weekly entertainment, extremely friendly and helpful locals and every cuisine catered for. We have visited beautiful Pissouri several times and have used Perry’s apartments both on the beach and in the village. Always top notch and a helpful and a welcoming host. Thank you for a superb holiday and well done.

The only thing we didn’t like was leaving!

Great stay in a quiet spot in Pissouri

The apartment had everything we needed and was 1 min walk from the beach. Perry and Adriana were acommodating and very welcoming. You will feel looked after.

good and quite place not far from Limassol for weekend holiday. very good host. booked this place during winter holiday. the best things were: the sea view possibility to bring small dog great personal BBQ place apartment has all necessary kitchenware and facilities. Value for money was good. so condition of apartment met our expectations. Host was also very supportive. i will book this apartment again.

Dear Perry You were right. After a week in your studio, we loved it so much in Pissouri Beach that it was with heavy hearts that we flew home. Witnessing the sunrise, watching the sparkling sea from our terrace, and falling asleep with the sound of the surf. It was so beautiful that we paid no attention to the broken deck chair, as well as the patio chairs whose weave was crumbling. The bathroom faucets falling out of their dowels, or the toilet flush that only kicked on every 3rd time (thank goodness it did then!), like the mugs that so proudly showcased their decades of use that even minutes of scrubbing didn't change their condition, the icebox without a cover, the wing chair near a collapse (right chair leg). Yes, we saw that. But blinded by the sun, lulled by 25 degree daytime temperatures, we didn't see it either. We heard the road construction workers. Also the workman with his jackhammer in the apartment area behind us. But you know what? It did not bother us! We had sun, warmth and the view over the sea. Thanks for a lovely week in your small village. Best regards

Worth visiting. From the places we've seen around the island, this was definetly one of the top.

Apartment with its location is right next to the beach and by foot from every tavern, shop in the village. Perry is great host who will make you very welcome. He will cook some great dinner in his restaurant nearby too. We enjoyed our stay very much in this place. Just few people on the beach and perfect sea.

All in all bit oldfashioned for this value. (comparable to the hotels) The AC was bit old and almost impossible to adjust. Bathroom is very basic and balcony without seaview. TV was out of order, but we didn't need that.

It was one of the best holiday stays we have ever had! First and most important: people. Adriana was just outstanding. Nice, cheerful, helpful and passionate about her work. Considering the number of tasks she has, she was always willing to help and provide us with great support. Moreover, she has been always adding something extra like a great trip or food suggestions. Perry and the other people were equally amazing! When it comes to the apartment, it was just perfect: clean, tidy, bright and spacious with all the things we have needed. We felt like at home and we will come back again! :)

I was in need of a break and some 'me' time, and from that point of view the stay was a success.

The location was excellent. However the apartment is 'tired' and in need of a bit of updating. The shower door was very poor quality and did not slide easily on the runners, the shower plug hole was aged and dirty. The provision of a hairdryer, corkscrew and bottle opener would be an advantage.
