Wohlfühloase in direkter Strandnähe

Perfekte Lage am Kiesstrand, gute Ausstattung mit mediteranem Flair, 1 Balkon + 1 Terrasse, ruhiger Ort, nette Gastgeberin, sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, sehr sauber

Keine Spülmaschine, Baustelle nebenan (allerdings geringer Lärm)

Too overpriced for the facilities provided

The sea view is nice, however spoiled by a construction nearby. Spacious, bright living room. Some water and juice provided on arrival.

The bedroom and bathroom are too tiny. The bed is not big enough for 2 person to sleep comfortably (too narrow). No proper summer blanket provided, therefore not possible to use air conditioning during the night. The showers and taps need replacement (the water is splashing random directions). No basic toiletries provided (only a small piece of a soap). The whole building complex in a poor condition, needs at least painting. Overall, not good value for the money charged.

Great apartment in a great village, directly besides the beach

Great Apartment! We were very content with the large balcony with seaview and the modern bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped with all that might be required (perhaps a little bit more cutlery would have been useful). Comforting living room and we slept very well in our beds. Aircondition well working. The landlady Irina was very helpful and considered all our extra requests with a smile on her face. There was a parking space reserved in the underground car park, however it was often occupied, but mostly we easily managed to park on the nearby street. The beach is just down through the garden, there is an outdoor workout place with some fitness equipment. What we especially liked and were surprised of was the village Pissouri Bay, where we could find some shops and a lot of excellent restaurants (Greek, seafood) just within walking distance. You could see that there are not only tourists, but also locals, so it is a vivid and cosy village where you can't get bored. Nice to sit there in the evenings, enjoying good food and some drinks. But also nice just to sit on the balcony enjoying the seaview.

There is a construction site just beside the house. However, there was really not much noise - the waterskis on the beach were a lot louder ;-)

Seconds away from the sea x

Literally a few steps to the sea. incredible view. Irina was perfection and informative. Apartment was spotless and just perfect for the two of us. We particularly loved the covered seating area outside - shade for Mr and sun trap for Mrs! Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch! Covered parking was more than expected too! We will be back xx

Calm and peaceful. Lovely.

There’s nothing to dislike about this place. It has everything you need, it’s clean and comfortable and has a huge balcony for sunbathing, relaxing and eating. The sea view is beautiful. It’s a small and relaxing area, not many crowds but lots of very good places to eat and drink in walking distance. We also drove up to Pissouri town which took less than 10 minutes and was lovely.

A beautiful seafront spot

We enjoyed every day of our 10 day holiday . Seeing the view of the sea - what more do you need ? The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed . The nights were nice and quiet and we slept really well. Irina met us when we arrived and was easy to contact . There was parking just outside . The beach has plenty of sunbeds and as we had a car we visited Paphos and Limmisol , and other restaurants in the area . I liked that we could recycle or plastic & glass . We had such a lovely… and can’t wait to come back one day :-)

As with many lovely spots there is modern building nudging in .

Lovely clean apartment with all you could need for a relaxing break

Lovely apartment, very clean and laid out nicely. View was amazing and the comfy terrace chairs meant we could relax regularly outside eating breakfast and enjoying a nice drink.

Building works next door which will hopefully be finished soon. Only a problem waking us each morning at 8am, however, this did allow us to enjoy the full day.

Excellent holiday in Pissouri Bay, Cyprus

Tasteful decor, very clean and everything there needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. Location excellent for the view, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Thank you Irina, we had a lovely stay!

Perfect stay

Everything was really nice, view, location, cleanliness. Irina is really reactive, ready to help for anything.

Just be aware, even if is written in the conditions, that you are not allowed to smoke even on the balcony.

beautiful beach front location with exquisite finishes inside the apartment. beautiful courtyard. This is a one of a kind property. Irina is an outstanding host and very responsive. We were so enamoured with the location we invited another couple to join us for a night and they stayed in a balcony suite. Irina made it happen!!! We will be back!!!

Wonderfull place right next to the sea shore

Incredible view on the sea from the terasse. Really well equipped kitchen, everything is there.

A bit tricky system to heat water, a bit cold in the bathroom (we were there in December).

A little gem.

Great view right next to the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. Owner was very helpful and went out of her way to help. She was there to greet us on our arrival, got us some groceries as we were late flight.

Overpriced appartment with small bedroom close to the beach

Nice location very near to beach, Pissouri Beach is small place with several restaurants that was quite quiet during the pandemic.

Room did not meet expectation raised by the fotos on the website - it was rather on the ground floor and sea was not really visible. Bedroom was small and bathroom very small. For the high price tag, we would have expected to have more amenities - e.g. detergent for the dishwasher and laundry (which thus could not be used), some beverages, maybe some bread etc. provided by the host. We were given just two small packages of juice and a small bottle of water. Altough tzhe host knew we were leaving in the morning of our fixed deoparture day, she did not answer the phone and was not present in her appartment. After looking for her on the beach, we hid the room key in the flower pot next to the door for her appartment and left an SMS.
