Coackroaches/ Kakerlaken problem, we left early. Would never stay there againn

The cabana at the beach was nice.

We abandoned our stay and left early as the place had a huge problem with cockroaches. We had to kill at least 10 cockroaches a day in many different sizes even after spraying a lot of bug spray everywhere. As the apartment is crowded with stuff, the cockroaches seem to use this to hide, etc. The main bedroom was the worst. The bath also was in very bad shape, which probably didn't help with the issue. We told the landlady, but they didn't really care. After that, they first offered a refund but then reverted and tried to blackmail us into a positive review, not to mention this cockroach problem, then threatened with a lawyer if we write an honest review.

Relaxing and beautiful vacation

The house is on the beach, excellent location, full facilities, quiet and private we enjoyed so much. The host was vey helpful and always available when we needed something. Its not the first time we visited the house and we will be probably visit again on our next vacation. The house was clean, with all the comforts, we enjoyed so much these holidays.

We had to wait for an electrician and a plamber to fix some damages but they responded right away, that wasnt a problem. The host was very responsive for our needs.

Exceptional

The best thing about the apartment is how close it is to the beach - we practically had a private beach right outside! Whether we wanted to sunbath, swim or go for a sunset walk, it was all right there. But above all, Rita, our host, was the real game-changer. When we arrived, Rita had left some snacks and drinks, which was especially comfortable with our children. She also left a game for the children to keep them entertained, which was a blast! Rita even had this handy little scale in the apartment. Sounds small, but it saved us some last-minute luggage panic at the airport. If you're after a an amazing and cozy getaway that's truly convenient, book this spot without a doubt.

Good location, didn't realise not closest one flat to beach the 3 rd one from but ok , bit misleading info , but overall good location, size of property facilities, equipment good ,

Shower , shower head needs change , kids blocked toilet that was big issue then sorted , few more medium cooking pan needed

wonderful location, cosy apartment with all the amenities necessary Fully equiped kitchen Upon our arrival (2 am) there were some snacks waiting for us Lidl store nearby (5 min by car) Little shops nearby to go on foot (quite expensive) The main attraction for this location is the beach deck, belonging exclusivley to this apartment. Everything you need for the beach (towels, umbrella, etc) you find on the spot. A/C in each room and living room. Parking place in front on the apartment, inside the courtyard. Because of the beach deck we found it very hard to visit any other places or other famous beaches, despite we had a rented car: the place was perfect!

because of the house being inside a beach garden, obviously the are insects.

Superb

Nice apartment with direct access to the beach and private parking. The apartment is about 50m from the beach and includes a private veranda at the beach which is amazing for breakfast and drinks. Only downside was that it is on a big road which can be a bit noisy if you like to sleep with the window open.

Great location, amenities, and value.

The property was excellent location. close to everything we needed. my travel buddy enjoyed the yoga mat. I enjoyed the long walks along the beach. Everything we required was available. Rita was a excellent host!

The main road was too close so it was noisy.

Perfect beach location

Lovely welcome to the property and very helpful owners. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and full of personal beachside decor. The private gazebo on the beach is the jewel.

Relaxing vacation on the beach house .Plenty of historical sites and natural landscapes in Cyprus

A cozy little beach house , provided with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.Very clean and decorated with an artistic touch .In the backyard it has a private beach with sunbeds and a pavilion.The beach is with pebbles, but in water there is fine sand.The sea sinks smoothly, so you can swim 250 meters to the beacon. Free parking inside the enclosure. Smiling Rita waited for us with welcome drinks .She provided many towels ,including beach towels.We rented a car ,so we did the shopping from a Lidl, 3,8 km from the propriety. There is a little shop 800 meters from the house.

Nothing that host can change.An important road passes by the gate,so it is a bit noisy .
