The staff/owners at the property were so helpful & lovely. When we asked for extra things for the room we were given them.
Pool was clean & warm enough to swim in.
Access to property was easy when we arrived early hours of the morning.
Location is really good, just over the main road to the beach & local shops/restaurants nearby.
Room cleaning happened twice in 10 nights which was decent.
Fridge with small freezer was good.
AC in bedroom
Shower was decent & plenty of hot water.
This property does need some TLC & refurbishing although it was cleanly painted inside the room.
The bathroom cabinet under the sink was broken & door was leaning off with no bottom to the cabinet, think it would be better if the cabinet was just removed.
The table in the living area was very wobbly as one of the legs was slightly buckling.
The balcony was good but was incredibly dirty & the chairs were filthy. This didn’t get cleaned our whole trip which was 10 nights.
The tv controller didn’t work (unsure if it was just a battery issue) but we weren’t really bothered about watching TV.
We had a hob with 2 rings but only one of them worked.
When the air con was on, water leaked through the light that was in between all rooms.
All the windows in the room needed a good clean.
As much as I am aware that there have been road works happening outside, the outside space should still be cleaned & windows.
There is Air con in the bedroom but takes a while for the whole apartment to cool down. However done a great job when bedroom door was closed.

Dass die Anlage einen Pool hatte, nur leider ohne die Sonnenschirme wie auf dem Bild abgebildet.
Betten sind bequem. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.
Wasserkocher und Toaster in der Küche.
Nahe am Strand.
Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür.
Supermarkt keine 200m entfernt.
Ausstattung des Apparments: Für Selbstverpflegung muss man kreativ sein. Es gibt ein 2 Platten Ceranfeld, 1 Pfanne und einen Topf, beide für das grosse Feld auf der Ceranplatte, keinen Backofen
. Es gibt kein Schneidebrett und keinen Kochlöffel, Geschirrtuch wird auch nicht gestellt. Man muss vom Spülmittel, Spülschwamm etc. alles selbst besorgen. Zum kochen fehlt auch Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika.
Im Bad ist die Duschkabine marode und über dem Waschbecken am Spiegel fehlte die Ablage. Sauberkeit war gerade so akzeptabel.
Lage: direkt an einer relativ stark befahrenen Strasse und die Balkone der Appartments sowie der Pool sind direkt zur Strasse ausgerichtet.
Nest von einer Lehmwespe im Wohnzimmer was nicht entfernt wurde.
Kein deutsches TV möglich, bzw. wurde nicht geschafft TV darauf einzustellen.
