Highly recommend this property if you are looking for the convenience of an apartment.

It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Our host even collected us from the train station after a delay meant we didn’t arrive into Cádiz until 11pm.

Идеально чтобы остановиться на несколько дней.

Квартира находится в самом центре города, рядом от входа 2 кафешки, где можно вкусно позавтракать и прям соседняя дверь магазин carefour express. Также недалеко есть хорошее кафе для обеда Casa Lazo. Также удобно оставить машину на парковке на площади San Antonio. По приложению можно за 10 евро в день. Сама квартира очень уютная, светлая, обогреватели хорошо греют зимой. Также есть канал нетфликс. Хозяева нам сделали подарок при заселении: бутылка вина, воды и местные сладости. Также был чай и капсулы для кофе.

Нет такого. Только с парковками проблема, но это проблема города Кадис.

Fabulous short 2 night stay in Cádiz at this beautiful apartment on Calle Anche.

This place is very central and on a lovely street that’s quiet at night after 10. The apartment is very large, beautifully designed & decorated. The host is fabulous, thoughtfully supplying wine and ideas for places to see. Would definitely stay here again.

a pleasant place in the centre of Cadiz for all

Mario, the owner was very kind. Central location cannot be beaten, everything is so close. It is so good to return for a rest in the middle of a hot day. Nicely decorated apartment, which is - sorry - but not always parctical at the same time. Good places around to have breakfast. Parking can be solved easily and safely but at a rather high price / day.

The matrac was too soft for us. Little too many nice but not too practical objects in the apartment, but it is the question of taste and approach.

Great Location, beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment

Brilliant location above a coffee shop on the main shopping street. Noise was never an issue. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Shower was large with very good water pressure. The apartment had an inside air-conditioning unit due to the regulations in Cadiz and a pedestal fan. A small balcony opened up to the street below. The building is beautiful and very secure. We would definately recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

The lighting was a bit dull with mainly floor spot lights and the window opening to the balcony was in the kitchen end with no other natural light except a very small window into the courtyard. The air conditioning struggles to maintain the temperature on the really hot days but not unbearable. Small issues compared to the many positives.

Superb

Location is central and very good to access most of the sights in Cadiz, but no access by car.

You have to park somewhere away from the property in one of the garages, and haul your luggage quite a distance to get to the apartment.

Exceptional

Apartment was beautifully furnished and spacious. It provided us with a perfect location from which to explore the old town. Mario met us on arrival and could not have been more helpful and his suggestions regarding where to go and what to see were invaluable.

Parking but to be fair you can’t stay in the town and park easily. There were several car parks nearby but I decided to go for a more spacious overground one near the railway station @12 walk away

Quality accommodation in a prime location

This is a top quality apartment in a prime location. Look at the pictures!! Mario the owner went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. He even wrote a list of restaurants and attractions out beforehand to share with us. Also gave us complimentary wine and water. excellent.

Excellent accommodation for a short break in Cádiz.

Location perfect, spaciousness and decoration of accommodation, with very good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, and the helpfulness and availability of Mario at all times to sort out minor hiccups.

I think the bathroom needs refreshing, cistern loose, we had to have plug removed from sink and grouting is very dirty but this didn’t spoil our stay in the slightest.

10 days in Cadiz

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a few minutes from the market and quite central in the old town.

The air conditioning struggled to cope with the heat in July. Luckily there are 2 fans provided which helped a bit. There is a lack of natural light, the apartment is dark and you always need lights on. This could be quite cosy at other times of the year. For a short break the apartment would be suitable, but for 10 days in summer we missed natural daylight.

The apartment was a nice space to come back to after sightseeing.

Attractively decorated and furnished in a sort of Queen Anne chic. Very central location, all attractions nearby.

Because the location is so central and overlooking one of the main thoroughfares you get noise from the street. We were kept awake by late night revellers and woken up at 07.30 in the morning by deliveries to the mini supermarket below the apartment. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep! Also compared to other apartments we stayed at in Spain this one is a bit pricey!

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

The location is perfect for exploring Cadiz and the apartment is stunning. It’s very well equipped with some exceptional personal touches that make staying there feel like a real treat. We were met at the property by the host who had gone to the trouble of handwriting a list of recommendations which we made the most of and which were spot on. Thank you!

A comfortable and warm place to stay in Cadiz.

The location was truly outstanding, and know that when you are in a good location, the noise from outside can get a bit loud (especially on a weekend night). The decor was great, with plenty of room for 2 people, and the bed and bathroom had everything we needed. The host met us right outside the apartment and left us a list of recommendations of places to see and eat. Parking was right down the street, and was very convenient albeit a little more expensive than expected.

Having an entry courtyard is such a lovely feature except when it rains it gets a little slippery.
