Unit is beautifully decorated and has a fabulous oceanfront view. It's very small, but worked great for just the two of us for a few days. There's a great restaurant attached to the building that looks out right on the beach. Only thing the condo needs is a few more coffee cups. Other than that it is nicely furnished. Would highly recommend for a couple looking for a fun, long weekend or even a week at the beach!

We had a great stay at this VRBO for 4 days for our honeymoon. The condo was very enjoyable and the host was fairly easy to communicate with when we weren’t sure about some of the parking/keys and she checked in halfway through to see how our stay was going. After our rental period, we were accused of breaking a tile in the kitchen, and were charged our damage deposit. We both are certain we did not break the tile and even went back through our photos and did verify that it was there early on in our stay, but we couldn’t prove that it was there before we checked in, because we hadn’t even noticed the crack until we were back home and received a message from the host. Now if we had broken it, we would fully own up to it and understand losing our damage deposit, but both of us are certain we had not damaged the tile, and even after some communication with the host it just seems like we’re stuck footing the bill. So we ended a little frustrated about our stay, and it has to be frustrating for the hosts too who have to pay to replace the tile either way, so it’s just a lose-lose situation. Overall we were very pleased with the condo, but at the end the whole ordeal with the damaged tile left a sour taste in our mouths about our stay.

The location and beach was great. I thought property was ok . The condo balcony was over the restaurant. You got a lot of loud talking in the evenings it was annoying. Sitting out and leaving sliding doors open wasn’t enjoyable.

We love Marco Island. This was our first time at the southern end. Nice to have different views and areas to walk. Was great being so close to the beach . Loved having the dolphins there all day everyday . Staff was friendly helpful. Enjoyed our stay and time away.

This is a nice small condo with a great view. The bed was comfortable but very noisy. If either of us moved it made a noise. We had issues with the a/c breaking down during the first night and waking up to 79 degrees in the early morning. They did send out a repair company after accusing us of causing the unit to freeze up. The repair technician determined that it stopped working because the air filter had not been replaced in 4 months causing the system to overload and stop working. Once we arrived we saw the notification that there would be repair work going on Monday thru Friday creating a very loud situation. We were not notified of this by the owner prior to our stay. We assumed because they did not want to lose the booking. The repair work was so loud we could not use the balcony because we could not here each other talk. They were grinding down concrete the entire day. The only way for it to be bearable was to stay inside. So their response was maybe we could enjoy the beach or the pool. Unfortunately, that was not what he had planned so we were forced to endure the noise for the entire day. It is our vacation time and we should have been able to do what we wanted not what was dictated to us. Monday was so bad that we got up early on Tuesday and headed home. Thank goodness we were not scheduled there for the whole week.

Nothing but great things to say about this stay!! Beautiful condo right on the beach, beautiful view and attentive owners. Really enjoyed the Sunset dinner cruise for our anniversary. Looking forward to returning.

We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and thankful for the parking garage. Enjoyed dinner too at on-site restaurant, Sunset Grill. If we had any questions, owners response time was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the Apollo. The facility is well maintained and comfortable. You're right on the beach so it's easy to just walk out and pick your spot. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Guy and Dawn provide you with chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to get everything to your spot on the beach all of which was in decent condition. I would stay here again.

It was a nice clean place, with the basics. Had a nice view of the gulf with just a short walk to the beach. We have traveled up and down the Gulf Coast for years and this area was our least favorite area. Keep in mind this is just personal preference.

The property, owners and location were great. The only downfall was the construction on the beach. My partner works with heavy equipment and said he felt like he was at work from 6 am To 6 pm, but that was not the owners fault; just something that was being done by city. I loved the area and the beach. We just walked down the beach far enough that we couldn’t hear the construction.

Very tastefully decorated. Very clean, views wonderful. The unit was not crowded with furniture. Shower was very nice. Bathroom small but works, plenty of towels for use. Only question is all paper works states $ 25 for parking however it is $ 45. We would stay again and recommend to anyone wishing a beach vacation. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had some difficulty with the cable for TV. Dawn and Guy were out of town but still kept in close contact until the issue was resolved. They called again to make sure all was alright

This was our first stay on Marco Island. Dawn & her husband were very easy to communicate with. Very helpful with all questions we had. Checking in was a breeze and the place was just as described. Loved our view from our patio. The building & grounds were clean. Parking was easy with a close designated spot. Elevator was quick. We would stay here again!

Condo was very clean and cute and had all the items needed for a short stay. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and cart was a major bonus- thank you! The view was amazing and the location was wonderful and very easy to get around. We would definitely return to the area and work with Dawn for future stays.

The property is very conveniently located. Sunset cafe is located on the property and has a great atmosphere and menu. It comes with a wonderful ocean view. The sunsets are amazing to just watch from patio. The condo it’s self is very accommodating and has everything that you need. The bed is very comfortable as well!! Great experience for my wife and I. We will be coming back for sure!
