This was a really nice property for our annual ladies’ mountain trip with comfortable accommodations! Each one of us was able to have our own bed and the mattresses were great! The hosts made sure there were plenty of towels and the bed linens were fresh and crisp! The kitchen provided everything you could possibly need to have nice eat-in meals. We loved that there was a walkway to the front door, no stairs to climb when it was time to carry luggage in and out! There was only one small drawback in the condo…the TV was in a very awkward place. We had to reposition two of the chairs to watch our movies. Other than that, the condo was really nice and we will definitely consider coming back next year! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

The condo was cozy and adequately stocked. Wonderful river sounds right outside. Nice end unit condo. So nice having a vanity with sink in each bedroom in addition to the full baths. Excellent location with short drives to restaurants, Banner Elk and Boone.

Loved Our Stay
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was exactly as described. There was really nothing that we were in need of. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. It was the perfect location for us to be able to do so many activities that were on our list. We enjoyed a day at Valle Crucis, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Linville Falls. Then another day we were able to visit Grandfather Mountain and come back to the condo and walk the grounds around the area. The leaves were beautiful and the weather too!! It was a great get away!

As or better than expected
So good we'll be back. As stated a 6 min walk (if you walk slow) to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Very clean, very nice and the owners were very accommodating. Was not disappointed with anything at all. Very happy, so well you be!

This condo is just as advertised. Clean, great location and had everything we needed. We totally enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to tubing, skating and Snowboarding/Skiing. Would definitely do it all over again!!!

Very nice place for some R&R. Perfect for a big family with multiple beds. Location is perfect for Oktoberfest festivities - less that 10 minute walk. Will stay here again.

Perfect Retreat
We absolutely loved our stay. The hospitality, location, amenities, everything was just perfect. The location couldn’t get any better, especially with our two little kids, walking to the slopes was so easy and convenient. My kids won’t stop talking about the trip and already wanting to go back.
