A 3-minute walk from the condo puts you at a bus stop providing free service to Keystone, Copper, A-Basin, and Breck—so you can avoid parking fees and save time on busy days. The Summit Stage bus service goes all over Summit County. In spring, summer, and fall, the solarium offers plenty of wildlife viewing, and the trail system in the White River National Forest is accessible directly from the property! Take a quick drive or bus ride over to Lake Dillon for more outstanding views, walking paths, kayaking, and paddleboarding, and more!

I was very happy with my stay here. I mainly stayed here by myself, but my husband was with me for a part of the trip. It's the perfect location, with a short distance between several ski areas. It was clean, cozy and had all the comforts of home. I already booked again for next year!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We came for a skiing trip and it was all we could ask for. It had all the amenities we could need and the greatest view. Had some trouble with the app but the hosts went out of their way to communicate with us regardless! 10/10 recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Shred City Chalet is a beautiful condo with amazing views and located within minutes of wonderful restaurants, hiking, Lake Dillon and nearby interesting towns. The process of renting was easy and the hosts most helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Fabulous winter vacation 2022
This property is the best studio ski condo I have ever rented. It lives almost like a one bedroom. Amazing Stay
My fiancé and my friend stayed at Shred City for two nights and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.
We we’re in town for a music/mountain festival in Frisco and we had such an amazing time. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in town 💕

A New Year’s Getaway
An absolutely beautiful condo overlooking Silverthorne and Lake Dillon. We had a wonderful New Years and enjoyed seeing the blanket of snow covering the field behind the condo and the town. Everything went so smoothly due to April and Cliff’s careful consideration of our family (4 people) and their accommodation. The condo was decorated beautifully, and we enjoyed staying there. We will definitely visit again!

I came back!
After staying here once, I decided I wanted to extend my stay in the area and was luckily able to book Shred City for a few more days. Hopefully I'll be back during ski season!

Cozy space with a well-stocked kitchen!
I loved this space! April and Cliff were great to communicate with, the kitchen is well-outfitted, and drinking my coffee in the sunroom in the morning while looking out over the mountains was such as lovely way to start the day, especially after a great night's sleep on the comfortable mattress and being able to close the blackout curtains (great if you're recovering from a little jet lag). Location is great too - easy access to hiking and mountain biking, as well as close to town!

Consecutive stay was super easy!
I extended my trip and was able to book a consecutive stay at the condo and I was so thankful! April is such a great host and so accommodating. This will definitely be a go-to spot for me for any future vacations in the area.

Love Shred City!
Waking up with a view of the mountains is so peaceful. Then just a short drive and you're either in town, or on a trail. Coming back in the winter for a week to snowboard and to shred.

This is the spot!
The view is AMAZING! Each day when I woke up I just laid in bed for a while soaking in the mountain beauty. I've stayed all over and have not found a better view. It was close to the resorts, and we hit A-Basin, Keystone, and Breck all within a short drive. Everything else about the place was great too. The hot water never ran out, it was clean, had all the stuff in the kitchen we needed, and you can tell the owners take care of the place. Highly recommend!

Emergency Stay
This property was perfect for our one night, extra stay during a huge storm that hit and caused our flights to be cancelled. We were about to be stuck without a place but luckily found this. The host was quick to respond, the location was great to travel in and out of, and there were food options nearby.

Perfect Winter Get Away
I absolutely loved everything about this place. I spent 2 weeks here and wish I could stay permanently. It was close enough to everything where I could easily get to the mountains for boarding within twenty minutes but secluded enough that at night I could relax with absolutely no interference.
April was amazing from the moment I booked making sure that I had everything I needed and even made sure I was safe when a huge storm came through the area.
I can not say enough about April and this place. I’ll never forget waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise right outside my windows. 100% would recommend.

Perfect location
The location of the studio is near 70 and 6, which can get you to near by towns quickly. The studio is on a hill in a nice quiet neighborhood, with access to a trails within walking distance. The view from the sunroom is wonderful, you can see Ten Mile range, a little of Dillon dam, Mount Royal in Frisco and so many more. There are also several Aspens right outside. The wildlife is active, I saw a fox on more than one occasion from the window and patio. The studio had everything I needed for my month long stay, I was able to cook meals in the fully functional kitchen. There is a smallish yet comfortable bed and futon in the living room, which is on a lower level from the kitchen and dining. There is a TV in the living room with access to cable and Netflix. The bathroom was snug but stocked with tons of towels. April was an great host, she always responded quickly and was willing to assist in anyway possible to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the cleaning service was amazing, the woman who cleaned mid-visit, left the place cleaner than when I originally checked in. I highly recommend this cozy little spot to anyone traveling along or in a group. I'd stay there again with friends and family.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay in this charming condo. Very clean, updated with everything in working order. It was very spacious and the sun room made for great views. End of Summer Retreat
I had a wonderful stay at this location! This place was a peaceful and perfect retreat in between my hikes over the weekend. I really enjoyed the sunroom and the gorgeous views of the Aspens outside. I will be back again!

What a gorgeous part of the world. April is a wonderful host and provided helpful restaurant and trail recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Her beautiful condo was well stocked and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect- gorgeous views and easy access to Silverthorne, Dillion and Frisco.
