Excelente ubicación, el apartamento cumple las expectativas

La ubicación, nos encantó el barrio de la Viña y el paseo de la Caleta, y andando a la zona del mercado/catedral se tardaba solo 10-15 min como mucho. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha con buena presión y temperatura del agua

Nada importante, la zona de entrada/portal está un poco destartalada, pero sólo necesita una mano de pintura. Le faltan accesorios en los baños (toallero, soporte papel...). Al ser un bajo y pasar gente por delante de las ventanas al final tuvimos las cortinas cerradas casi todo el tiempo, lo que lo hace más oscuro.

Cocina diminuta, falta de accesorios en el baño ( toalleros, porta papel, etc). Armario bajollero sin fondo

Great base to see Cadiz from

The location was good, very easy to reach the beach, tour buses, taxis etc. The bar next door did very good tostadas which were great instead of making breakfast. Nearest car park filled up very quickly so wasn't always available but if you want to park for several days & not use the car if you get in there it is really only 4 or 5 mins walk away. Also it was very close to a street filled with bars and restaurants and a small but well stocked supermarket

Bathrooms both had issues with the showers, in one the cubicle door was in need of repair and it would/should have been obvious to the cleaners and so reported to the management company before we did it & in the en suite bathroom the showered head was fixed at such an angle it was impossible not to get the bathroom floor wet.

The apartment was clean and airy with comfortable beds and easy reach of the seafront/old town.

We liked the location but did not have breakfast in the apartment, We were close to the seafront and had breakfast in a Venta in the old town. We liked the apartment. It was clean, airy and close to the old town and the seafront.

The water from the en suite bathroom escaped as the door was not the correct size. A rubber mat in the shower would have made it safer for older guests - we are both over 80!

Another Wonderful Stay in Cadiz!

Customer service was outstanding. Fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Location. Close to the ocean, restaurants, the central market. Walking distance to the Cathedral.

The area of Cadiz is very much worth of visit. beautiful long promenades, not so many tourists.

Located in Cadiz old town, everything is very near- good coffe next door, bech over the street, old town sightseens just step out to the street :)

Little bit noisy at nights.

Excellent location near to beach and restaurants

The property is advertised as having a “patio”, hence, the name but this is not a useable outside space as is made to look so in the pictures.

the location is exceptional, surrounded by some of the best Tapas restaurants in Cadiz

really well decorated gave a by the sea vibe

unfortunately the ground floor apartment has no outdoor seating area the ,Patio, is inside

Exceptional

Very nice and spacious apartmant only few metres from La Caleta beach, two bathrooms, two nice bedrooms and good beds. Apartment was very well equiped, everything functioned. We liked the interior furnished in blue and white, nice seaside decor. Communication with staff was good, instructions clear.

Number of the building from street side is not visible (it is damanged and you can´t see what number it is), so we were looking a bit around not beeing sure if we are in the right building. But it is not a big issue, I suppose it can be solved easily. Otherwise everything was really OK and we enjoyed it.

Great location. Clean and spacious and very comfortable.

The patio is really just a screened off section of the entrance hall and not very private. The upper apartment has a roof terrace which would be better than the patio.

everything we hoped for and more

everything was excellent, location for beach and accessibility to the city’s sights even meeting the key holder was a nice experience

as is the case all over Spain free parking is a problem but there is a supervised car park less than five minutes walk away.

Exceptional

Great location and studio appartment. Host was friendly and had good communication. Roof top terrace was great for early evenings.

Perhaps some more cooking items could be added (cutting knife etc.)

I found this apartment to be very good - above normal standards in Spain. Lots of space too.

Great design, everything you need for a short stay. Perfect location

The patio is in the communal area of the house, not quite as nice as you would imagine. You have no access to the terrace, the description was misleading. The AC does a poor job in heating up the place, it was cold.
