Situated in Saint James, this charming condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. St James Plantation In beautiful Southport awaits you! This perfect location condo has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. This 1200 sq ft unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , large living room with big screen tv, fully equipped kitchen and dining area . Screened in porch for southern breezes . This vacation spot is so close to all the wonderful amenities, Bedrooms are also large and beds are so comfortable !! Condo has its own pool, and there is also a private beach club with restrooms and salt water pool on Oak Island which is a short drive away . Take the ferry to Bald Island or Ft. Fisher Aquarium. St James plantation offers, walking trails, kayaking , biking , marina and Beacon 315 ,restaurant overlooking the marina !! (Open to all guests ) Enjoy the quaint town of Southport , shopping , antique shops, restaurants, art galleries , museums, and piers. Port City Wilmington is a short drive away . Please note Condo is on Second Floor , no elevator , Staircase only Private Beach Club and Restrooms are open all year and located on Oak Island which is 9 miles from the condo Pools are open May - October Parking at Beach is available but suggest getting there early !! As of May 2023 there is a fee to park at the beach $20 for full day or less if you are staying a short time

We stayed in this wonderful.condo in St James for a quick Ladies-Only getaway, and had such a fantastic experience! Jeanette, our host, has put together such a warm and welcoming experience, and she has truly thought of everything her guests might need!
I would highly recommend this property and am thankful to have had such a relaxing respite in a beautiful location!

My friends and I go to OKI every year for my birthday. We’ve stayed in different places every year and I must say this is our favorite place to date! The condo was in a quiet location in a very secure neighborhood. The owners provided a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and even beach towels. The place was very clean and had anything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat. We also enjoyed using the beach club pool and restroom when we went to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Only negatives I had were the pillows on the king bed were pretty flat and the limited parking at the beach club (which is not the owner's fault I know). We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental!

Jeanette was a lovely host. She was very easy to communicate with and checked in daily without being intrusive. We were never able to find parking at the private beach club during the day but the public access is near enough (and less crowded) that we took the pass and walked there to shower off and use the restrooms before the 15-20 minute drive back to the condo. The pools are small but it was fine because we were the only ones there every time. Jeanette has pool noodles and beach towels available for your use as well as a beach cart we used daily. The pantry has some spices and the kitchen was well stocked. I prepared all but 2 meals at the condo partially because the wait time to eat out in the evening was over an hour every time. There are a few restaurants that will take reservations but we didn't want to be pinned down on a time to leave the beach. My boys absolutely loved the second bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Every morning you'll see golfers come through on their carts from the serene screened in back porch. The whole condo has a very home like feel and we will definitely try to rebook this spot.

Vacation 2022
This was the first vacation without any small children. We didn't feel like we had to be right on the beach. We enjoyed watching people play golf from the porch. My husband walked every morning and everyone was very friendly. The amenities building at the beach was definitely a plus. We would recommend this place for great vacation

This is one of, if not the best, Air B and B experience so far! Jeanette was awesome. She was always helpful and responsive and flexible! The condo felt like home! Very clean, comfortable, cozy and the amenities are great as well! Condo pool was nice, and having private beach access and a pool at the beach made it that much better! The couch and bed were the most comfortable we have stayed at. In fact, we are ordering the same mattress for our bed at home. The owners communication was fantastic. I truly can't write enough great things about this place and the owners. We needed a peaceful and quite place to recharge and this was it. Thank you so much for doing it right!

Girls Getaway
Our stay was great! Jeanette was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze! The Vacay Villa was more than we expected! It was well stocked with all amenities, spacious and wonderfully decorated. The space was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of extras, paper goods, some basic spices/oils, and was fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils.** Minor critic-Knives were plentiful, not one of them was sharp.** The villa provided all the beach equipment we needed- great beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even beach bags! We enjoyed some pool time at the condo complex but were underwhelmed by the Private Beach Club. It was much smaller than the pictures portray, bathrooms were very dirty, pool murky and crowded and visitors are not allowed to use the parking lot so it was not much of an enhancement to the experience. Fortunately, the beach is beautiful and there is lots of public access. Overall, it was a terrific place and we would not hesitate to stay at Jeanette's villa again!
