Excellent accommodation

Close to main area of Queenstown. Easy flat walk. Comfortable bed, great sized lounge room and bathroom. Convenient to everything on offer. A convenience store close by. Loads of restaurants, bars and shopping! A washing machine in the building is a bonus. Samantha was great to deal with. Loved our stay!!

Perfect for a week in Queenstown

We were extremely happy with the apartment (Unit 3 on level 1). It felt new, very modern and furnished to a high standard. Loved the separate bedroom with a king sized bed and during the night the apartment was surprisingly quiet given the busy road out front. The unit was spotlessly clean with room service offered every second day. The view from the apartment was amazing, we enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the balcony most mornings and evenings. The location was also perfect, it only took a few minutes to walk into town. We would definitely stay again!!

Location, views, comfort!

Location couldn’t be better, tucked away but only five minutes from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown! Perfect for NYE, we had a lovely spot to watch the fireworks across the road by the lake.

Amazing Queenstown apartment

Amazing location few mins walk into town. Apartment was perfect with balcony overlooking lake. Blackout in bedroom which was great for our baby as it stays light so late. Staff were amazing checked us in early and supplied a baby bath and high chair. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent holiday location, highly recommend.

Beautifully relaxing time in Queenstown.

Straight across the road from the lake, with easy steps down to a little ‘beach’ area. Swam everyday, even in the refreshingly cool Wakatipu Lake. We had a balcony room and enjoyed doing nothing watching the waves and the view.

Parking could be an issue. No current facilities to charge electric vehicles.

The property was perfect for my stay. A high standard of accommodation and ideal location.

The kitchen / lounge area was spacious, had good facilities and was a relaxing area to spend time in. This high standard was maintained throughout the property in the bathroom and bedroom areas. The property is located opposite the lake and there were stunning views from the kitchen / lounge area and is ideally located being just a few minutes' walk into the town centre.

beautiful location but very very noisy due to construction directly next door.

Great location and easy walk into town. amenities were great and room was spacious. fantastic view!

extremely noisy construction happening directly next door from 7.30am-6pm at night, with the exception of Sundays. The noise just didn’t stop. it was so loud our tv was on maximum volume. Usually wouldn’t bother me so much but would have been nice to relax abit in our room in the afternoons after a day out instead of loud vibrating sounds (not relaxing at all). As it was not mentioned on booking.com, I feel the room should have been discounted to allow for this.

Good

Quick walk to the town centre.

The whole unit smells of curry, spicy food, and onions! We stayed for 4 days and the smell did not go away at all, even after airing out the whole place for several hours every day.

Very clean and comfortable, great views and close proximity to town and restaurants.

It’s not a dislike , but more of a suggestion. A bit more storage areas would have been helpful- like a shelf above the railings in the wardrobe in the bedroom.

Nice property, lousy neighbors made for disappointing stay.

Booked this property because it was VERY close to the meeting point for our hike to the Milford Track. We had high expectations of having a view of the lake - we live on a beach in the US. The unit was great, the bed was very comfortable nice linens. Kitchen well supplied to do light cooking.

First, we were notified of construction next door. We were told we were as far away from the work and were offered a discount. We decided to keep our booking. Actually, the construction was on our side of the building and jack hammering began at 8am. The noise was so loud in the afternoon I couldn't conduct a conference call. Also i would not book the first floor again. Other tenants parked their cars in front of our window blocking our view of the lake. Every night (after 11:30) individuals stood on the drive by our window and talked loudly for 45 minutes. Since one can't count on neighbors being neighborly, when we return to Queenstown in a couple years, we'll book the 3rd floor unit or regrettably, need to find another property.

Wonderful end to a 3 week holiday in NZ

A great location with the centre of town only a 2 min walk away. Apartment had everything you need for self catering. King size bed with luxury linens and a spotless bathroom

Minimal parking in a very busy area but if you don't have a car or are a group in one car it's not a problem.

The stay was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located to Queenstown facilities.

We were given an 'old' lock box code and had to contact the owner on arrival as we could not enter the premises.

Best accommodation.

Everything, in close walking distance of lots of activities, shops, restaurants ect. Room and facilities were very clean. Overall exceptional experience. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Queenstown. Can not fault anything about this place.

Got everything going for it.

The location was spot on. A 2 minute flat walk to town along the stunning Lakeshore. Room 5 had everything we needed. Clean and tidy, Balcony, comfy bed, beautiful view. The host was great and easy to deal with . Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, comfortable studio apartment with stunning views and great location.

Lovely apartment in a great location only a few minutes walk from central Queenstown. Nicely furbished, very comfortable and good space for a few days' stay. Loved the closed-in, windowed balcony with it's awesome view over Lake Wakatipu. The staff were very good and friendly.
