This was my third time staying at Rendevouz Heritage Hotel, and once again, it felt like coming home. ❤️
Of course, the location and the hotel’s amenities are fantastic, but what truly keeps bringing me back is the wonderful hospitality and incredible service.
A special thank you to Alvaro, Nazura and Jordan — and to the entire team. You all made me feel so welcomed, cared for and genuinely at home. Your kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more special.
And I have to mention the bed! 😍 For anyone who loves a good night’s sleep — especially after a long day skiing — this is something worth talking about. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is honestly one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. ❤️ Your hospitality is the reason I keep coming back.

Onsite sauna. Close to town and having the bus stops right outside. Use of umbrellas provided everywhere to move through buildings

It had a loud humming sound coming from an air conditioner unit which was hard to block out couldn’t sleep as a result
