We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location, close to the main attractions including Steamer Wharf, the city centre and gondola. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again!

The location of the Lomond couldn’t be better. So easy to walk into the village of downtown Queenstown. We had one of the front rooms (room 2) which was on the first flight up. There was another row of rooms above us. We also booked a carpark right at the front. The views were like a postcard. Stunning view of the snow topped mountains (beginning September).
There was construction across the road which was not noisy at all but I don’t know what is being built so hopefully it’s not a tall building to block the view?
The room itself was a studio but had plenty of room. The bed was a king and very comfortable. Loved our sleep! Double glazed windows so quiet from the traffic. We had our room serviced every day (it’s optional) which we love. We just couldn’t fault the hotel at all. We would definitely stay again.
