Very conveniently located in a quiet residential area, a few minutes away from the Old Town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment had all the usual amenities, was clean and easily accessible.

Apartment was nice and centrally located- 1 minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 3 minutes from Gibralfaro castle, 10 minutes to the beach. Standard was enough for me :) i liked that the bedroom was a separate room and it was dark and quiet. Luigi was very nice and friendly!

Some minor repairs and maybe a little refreshment would be nice, but nothing big.

Apartment was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the old quater, bars, resturants, shopping etc. This Apartment could be great with a bit of attention.

The whole place was smelling of damp, the bathroom has no window and is making the situation worst. They have painted over mould a number of times by the looks of it, the wall is even crumbling. We had to wash all our clothes twice on returning home to get rid of the smell. Only 1 towel each, the towels smelt of damp, there was a washing machine but no where to dry them. We had to buy new towels to shower. Sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. No fan in bedroom working, had a small portable fan but didn't actually blow air, luckily it wasn't extremely hot. In need of a refurb, this apartment could be great.

Yery comfortable apartment close to centre. Perfect for a few nights in Malaga

Apparment very clean but cold at night small heater provided extra blanket would have been good no instructions on how to use washing machine/ dryer

+ The location is very central, easy to get around, lots of grocery places near by, picking up the keys was easily done. + Food court 3 minute walk from the apartment. + Cleaning was okay. + Bed was very comfortable. The bedroom is the nicest room. Booking messed up our Taxi but the owners were very understanding and waited for us. + Wifi was very easy to connect to and good connection so easy and reliable to use.

Unfortunately, there were several problems we had whilst staying here, which is why I cannot recommend this place. - Firstly, upon arrival the whole apartment was freezing cold. We did arrive on a colder time of the year, but it was freezing. Furthermore, there was no carpet anywhere so the floor was cold, especially in the bathroom. As a result, I got very sick for two days. We had one tiny heater that we had to share between rooms. There was an aircon but during the night the electricity went off and it turned off and the whole apartment was cold again. It was also not possible to heat the bathroom without it becoming very damp inside. So we had to have a very cold bathroom. - When I was feeling better I went to shower and the hot water stopped in the middle of my shower. This was awful as I had just recovered from being sick and was now standing in a cold bathroom and shower without being able to wash the shampoo out of my hair. - The apartment is more worn out than in the pictures. The shower head was loose/broken so it kept falling down which id dangerous and should be fixed. Same with the drain cover which is loose. - Not enough toilet paper or fresh towels provided. We tried to wash the towels but it was so cold they would not dry anywhere in the apartment. - Every time we called the owner (we had a problem with the payment) he did not answer so we could only communicate on whatsapp which was not the best. I would say if you are to stay here, for your own sake avoid the winter time. This apartment was simply too cold. Also, this place is fine for 1-3 nights but any more and it gets messy and dirty very fast. Advice for the owners: When it is cold, warm the apartment up before guests arrive. Make sure there is carpet this time of year or at least slippers for guests.

Very Clean and very central. I would not hesitate to go back to these apartments they may not be to everyones liking if you are after 5 start luxury but we had no complaints.

It was cool in the mornings and when we returned at night times however its fair to say that these building are designed to be cool against summer heat and it was January. Heaters were provided which were good.
