This was a great find. You will definitely get more out of it than what you pay for. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. It is sooooo clean and the host was responsive and kind.

Reasonably priced, quiet, clean. I liked it!

The studio was clean, the location was great, close to the airport, less than half a mile walking distance from the beach, with a quiet environment. I slept well, there were no noises from the neighbors and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom too. I didn’t see anyone during my visit. TV worked great. I easily connected to my Netflix account via the Roku system. Don’t forget to sign out before you leave! I visited the Botanical Gardens during my stay. I love botanical gardens! And it was free too (every Thursday during Black History month).

I wish the host included a set of two plates, drinking glasses, utensils and cups (not plastic cups) in addition to the fridge and microwave. The plates and drinking glasses could be made of unbreakable plastic. A roll of paper towels would be a nice addition. The lock mechanism of the storm door was not working, so the door flapped in the wind. I had to be creative to handle that problem the last night.

It was not what we expected. We stayed suck it up because everything was book up. We stayed gone alo

The communication was not there to tell us the mother inlaw suite was double book. We did not stay in what we paid for. The toilet was back up two days in a row. The wifi was not working. The bed was beyond hard.

outstanding, do not hesitate to stay here

the location was great, it's very quiet, no booming music from cars going by like you have at hotels, no road noise that you commonly have at hotels, no loud neighbors, no dogs barking all night, no doors slamming all night like you always have at every hotel, no weird druggy people walking around like at hotels. Beach is 2 1/2 blocks away even though we didn't use it due to low outside temps. if you want a quiet place to sleep, use wifi, and relax, this is the spot at or below what you will pay at hotels for far less peace, quiet, and privacy Has apartment size fridge/freezer, microwave, tv with HDMI outputs "bring your own cable" and a walk in shower

the water pressure in the shower is very low, low to the point that most of the options on the multi-jet shower do not operate at any capacity that will rinse you. A simple swith to a less GPM and more airated head would fix this and the digital lock on the door was quite finicky often taking several attempts to get the door unlocked as it kept saying battery was low and lock would not engage properly. I thought at one point we would be locked out, but my wifes persistance got it to work. Other than these two small things it was great, I would Def. reccomend this place to anyone. I would also Def. stay here again, only I would bring some double AA batteries and my shower head with me nexttime, LOL Overall, Best place I have stayed in a while

Very helpful host, i even left my belongings on property and he was willing to meet up with me the next day to give me my belongings. Since, someone else already was in air n b next day.

As cozy as advertised. Very nice place in a good location.

The owner send us all the necessary information in advance so it was easy to get to the place. The room itself was in a stand-alone house and it was quite large but as we had more pieces of luggage, it was a bit challenging to put them all somewhere. The bathroom was superb, though, and the bed was extremely comfy.

Maybe some kind of a sign showing you the way to the house itself could be good but otherwise, there was no problem.

Hidden Treasure

Quiet, clean, close to beach. Perfect little hidden treasure. Found some extras in some drawers. Nice yard that is fenced in. Great if you have a pet. Friendly people around was nice. It was a great experience. Bring some extra pillows.

The Perfect Place for a Getaway

Though it was small, that simply made it feel a lot cozier. It was incredibly clean and organized. The accommodations were fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was perfectly prepped despite us arriving earlier than expected. An absolutely lovely place at an affordable price, you can't get much better than this.

I can't say there was much, if anything, my partner and I disliked. The only thing that may be an issue for some is that accommodations such as the patio are entirely dependent on the weather, which, when we had stayed, ranged from boiling to soaking. However, that is no fault of those who own the place, rather just a fact of life. The place itself is also a bit out of the way, which, while my partner and I found it to be enjoyable, some folks may not like that fact. If you do go and lack a license and/or car, be prepared to spend a bit of transport to get to places deeper in the city. However, this was all something neither of us minded and didn't detract from the amazing experience.

I had a great stay, overall the property was way better than any motel.

Nice place. Quiet. Clean. Good location.

Patio was in disarray. Grill was not in useable shape. Heating/cooling unit is filthy dirty. Some basic upkeep is needed.
