Good experience

The host thinks about everything about the renters, you even may find medical emergency bag. It’s very clean and convenient, especially compared with my accommodations. Now my accommodations are totally disaster.

The flow from the tap is very slow.

Exceptional

The unit is so clean and comfy, complete with all the appliances and kitchenwares. The location is also very convenient, it’s near the mrt station, mall, convenience stores, and restaurants. Also, the owner and her sister, Ma’am Edith were so kind and just easy to contact.

Excellent place to stay!

The unit is located in a very convenient place where you have grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and it includes all the required facilities if you want to cook your food.

Better if there is a housekeeping service at least every other day.

Great location and everything you need for couple of nights in Manila

Pool couldn’t be used, because it is only for long term renters which was a pity since it was one of the reasons I chose this place

i had a really comfortable stay and i look forward to booking again!

the condo is in a prime location - within walking distance from several malls and restaurants. the unit is clean and with complete amenities - nice sized fridge, utensils for cooking, hot water, cleaning materials. bed is comfy. unit is perfect for the solo traveler

Fully furnished bang for your buck homestay

location’s great, near the Boni MRT stop and grocery stores. I like the convenience of the shortcut to SM/MRT station. The unit is new located in T4, not many people since it’s new. Very well-equipped and clean. Fast internet. I loved that they stock up on cleaning products and condiments. It has a pool-view which was a big bonus. It’s located on the 6th flr so it’s not too far of a lift ride. Bathroom was well cleaned and equipped, has pail and tabo heater works well too plus a rack for your toiletries and 3pc towels.

The light from the fire exits shine so bright I had a hard time sleeping on the first night, please replace it with a blackout curtain. The AC needs servicing, it’s dusty and sometimes doesn’t get too cold.

The property is very convenient and accessible to everything like malls, supermarkets, train station etc. and the host is really nice. Thanks Ms. Salve for allowing me to stay in your nice place.
