Good location. Excellent customer service and experience.
Our rooms were not exactly spot on clean. There was a picture frame displayed in one of our rooms which was dusty and seems moldy.
Thought the pool was heated.

The food was amazing and reception staff was excellent
The carpet in the room and hallway needs to be refurbished or deep clean I was expecting the same shangrila as we have known for its world class facilities and cleanliness.
