Richmonde Hotel has an exceptional location, with major malls, cozy restaurants, the metro station, and the business district all nearby. I also loved the beautiful city view. The lobby is a great place to relax with a coffee while waiting for transportation. The hotel also offers convenient parking for guests, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a bit small, and the TV felt outdated, with average picture quality and no access to Netflix. I also noticed a few maintenance issues, such as the telephone wiring in the bathroom that needed attention. The bathroom was quite small, and in my opinion, it could have been cleaner. Addressing these areas would help improve the overall guest experience.

The Staff were good at reception and house keeping .
Security staff were good and parking was good for visitors.
if you have car it is good hotel.
Breakfast was not great . lacked variety . Spartan . give it 2.5 stars.
Bar staff seemed to lack experience.
Could not charge anything to the room . Had to pay for breakfast by CC, Drinks by credit card, even coffee in cafe .
I first stayed here 22 years ago and little has been updated. Seems they spend little on maintenance
