Overall, it is a good place for budget stay.

1. The room was clean and prepared when we arrived. 2. No hassle booking. 3. Immediate service/assistance if we ask in the reception area. 4. Location is not in the center but is quite alright for sightseeing around Baguio.

1. Our room was one level underground but we were shocked that there were kids roaming around and knocking on doors early in the morning or late in the evening. We were disturbed and worried a little because we will spend our days roaming around Baguio so all of our stuff will just be in the room. So we just brought all the essential things with us. Gladly, nothing got lost though. 2. We were not entertained if we ask for some repairs/assistance through messenger and just left us on read. I have to go up to the receiving area just so they can accommodate us. This is slightly inconvenient especially on that day when we were soaked in the rain and needed a repair for a hot shower quickly so that we could dry ourselves already. I opted to ask through fb messenger (since they were responding to me before for all my inquiries) because I was soaking wet but no response. So, I went up just to be entertained. But it is all good already. 3. The hot water sometimes does not function. But the staff told us what to do in case it does. 4. On our third night, the screw for the fan got loose and the fan's head just keeps going down. We cannot use it anymore. However, since we were spending most of our time roaming around Baguio, all these are just slight inconveniences and did not affect our stay. We will still recommend this place to others.

Poor

The location is by far the most admirable part of the stay. Just along the nat'l highway.

They are not responsive with inquiries prior to arrival. It will take them almost 48 hrs to respond. Room- not that clean. Noisy inconsiderate staff/workers the whole day til almost midnight.

its fair. one of the staff when we check in was not very accomodating. but the other staff are very nice.

its not that clean, the cat was rooming around the building with something and there is a lot of blood in tha patio, I guess from the cat the thing is they haven’t clean it till the next day.

Pleasant

i liked the staffs, especially Ms. Grace who made our stay in the transient comfy. There is hot water.

It’s far from the center, there’s no food that you can eat nearby, we have to take taxi rides even if we just want to eat. the food in the transient was very pricey, and was not worth it. We had to pay fro everything, even water. We also had to pay for wifi and it expires after 8hrs.

Very good

Staff are very friendly and accommodating.location is good.A bit difficult for the parking slot but the staff are willing to make arrangements....The room we had is large enough for 6pax.very spacious,but dont have good ventilation.There are rooms though that have balcony but bec we are on a budget we preferred to stay in the room assigned. The hot and cold shower sometimes dont work.but they provided an electric kettle .overall stay is good except for the hassle at the parking space

Parking space is limited and a bit hassle when you have to give way to other guest.But can be tolerable

NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing except for the staff. The staff during our check-in was accommodating though.

Everything. The pictures published are misleading. The rooms are DIRTY. Looks like they did not prepare the room for the next guests. They changed the Kings Suite to a smaller room. The stay was really uncomfortable.

Great Stay, will definetly comeback Very cozy cafe to Experience, staff are amazing too.

We stayed only for one night but it was a bit disappointing

The breakfast was great, with a large selection of Filipino breakfast options. It is walking distance from the craft brewery which is good if you like a beer.

The accommodation was quite uncomfortable with a bright hallway light shining through our window all night. I was very disappointed with the staff not wanting to hold our bags at reception while we went out for the day.

It was in a highway where buses pass.

Ii was tricked by the ads. The location was far from restos and city proper, and difficult to locate. The room was quite old and dark. The staffs are not very warm.
