GREAT VIEWS; ROOM NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

They have a fantastic view of the city lights and mountain view; the place is so quiet perfect for those who wants to have some peace of mind and peaceful surroundings away from the city

Honestly, everything was almost perfect though the location is too far from the town but it has superb views but it is really the room that I didn't like, the bed sheets are not that clean; bed frame has sounds every time I move. The comfort room is not clean. I'm really really disappointed with their room, it's looks so old and dirty, not what I have expected. The price of the accommodation does not give justice when it comes to their room. It is really the room that they need to improve, otherwise people will have 2nd thought of coming back to their hotel. Since there are other accommodations with great views too and still affordable and offers pleasant room

Unpleasant Stay, pricey and yet poor quality.

Best view of Mountains and very quiet place.

We arrived at around 4 PM and yet the room is very untidy and has this gloomy vibe. Bedsheets were dirty (stains, hairs and dust), windows full of dust and comfort room is dirty too. We asked them to clean it but after cleaning the first time they were not able to removed the dirt. We asked for another room however it is the same. They cleaned it 3x but still the same, it was very unpleasant stay for us. The stay is not cheap and yet the quality of their rooms and service is poor. They need to trained their staffs with standard cleaning principles and maybe how to attend guest. They are not friendly, you cant hear them say “good morning sir/mam”, I dunno the whole customer service vibe is nonexistent to this place. Kudos to Kuya Bong though, he is very friendly and accomodates are car transfer request.

Great view

The view was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice.

It wasn’t as clean as I liked and going to the city was a bit difficult due to the location.

Nothing

The beddings were sprayed with Lysol and wet when we arrived that triggered my asthma. No one cleans the rooms daily since we stayed there for 3 days. The carpet really stinks and damaged. The trash cans were not clean and throw out on our 3 days stay. The rugs were soaking wet and were not replaced.

The View

The location is not easily accessible and the only way to go to the city proper is to have them book you a taxi (if you're like us who doesn't have a car). I hoped the coffee was at least free but it wasn't which was a bummer. Maybe just add a thermos in the room at least?

Disappointing

It deteriorated since we last checked in on nov 2022. No complimentary coffee tea in the rooms. Ventilation was not good. Bathroom needs lots of fixing. TV no netflix, good for sleeping only not worth the distance. View was the same tho.

The place was "okay" if you're just looking for a place to stay for the night.

The size of our room is perfect for a group or a family. We're only 3 adults and we have 1 double bed each. The view at this location is also perfect and has one of the most beautiful views after being in Baguio multiple times.

The bed sheets and blankets feels like they're still wet, I've been to Baguio several times and I know if its just cold or the sheets are just not 100% dry. Limited space inside the toilet, the water closet is facing the wall and there's really no space where you can sit comfortably. There are only 5 outlets inside the room, one is for the electric fan, one is for the tv, one is for the floor lamp, and the other two are for the guests, but these two outlets are loose and doesn't work.

Recommended. Best to have the room cleaned before guests check in

Staff were friendly. Place was quiet.

The beddings stunk. It seemed the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (from previous guest/s) before we checked in. There were strands of hair on the walls of the shower area l, too.

Best Sunset View in Baguio

Location was great. The name of hotel clearly defines the place, probably one of the best sunset spots in Baguio. Day and night also have astounding views. The place was cool compared to other areas in the city. Rooms are clean and beddings are changed regularly. There's a restaurant with a variety of food choices so no need to go out and buy foods. There's a lot of spaces to hang out. Good for people working online.

It was nice. If it weren't for the location, we would stay there again.

I realized late that it had no air-conditioning and thought I made a mistake booking it. But when we arrived, we realized we don't really need air-conditioning because it gets really cold especially at night. The staff is friendly and provided everything we requested. The rooms look old but generally clean. We love the view!!! It's far from the city proper so it's quiet and peaceful. We also love Kuya Bong! He's very friendly and accommodating!

We ate at the restaurant only once during our 3 days stay because we didn't really like the food. I ordered Chicken Silog and the chicken looked dry and it tasted bland. The coffee is good though and they had free refill. On our day 3, when we went outside in the morning, we saw uncleaned plates with leftover food on the floor. The location is not great as well. It's too far from the city proper and nestled at the very end of a subdivision. It's costly to book a taxi going to and from the hotel.

Set in a quiet and pretty part of Baguio the place is definitely instagrammable.

Just a bit far from city center though, the in house resto has limited fare available. And during my entire stay the in-house internet was down.

Would’ve been better if the above points were observed.

No BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN OUR STAY.

No Breakfast and complimentary beverage in the room. No AMENITY KIT NOR HAND SOAP INSIDE THE ROOM given that I book for 4 nights. Observed baby cockroach and very slow wifi connection.
