Incredible home with amazing views and accommodating hosts!

Everything. My wife and I travel a lot. This B&B is near the top of the list of places we have stayed. The owners were gracious, hospitable, and helpful. The home is spectacular with incredible views. Personalized breakfast, made to order, with wine flowing in the afternoon / evenings. Book this place. You will love it

Trip was very peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely refer to our friends and family.

Breakfast was great. Specialty coffee was excellent. Hosts are very friendly and easy to talk with. Love the pool and ambience of entire property.

Amazing, wonderful, lovely, fabulous…we loved every minute of our 4 day stay!

Zack and Mr. Rob are AMAZING hosts. Best travel experience we have ever had!!! You will not regret staying with them. The rooms are wonderful, the sunsets are lovely and the peaceful setting is a breath to your soul.

We loved everything about our stay and this will now be our yearly destination!

Amazing!

Amazing location directly on the river, in a beautiful area only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Zack was very kind and he gave us perfect suggestions (restaurant, parking, beach...) to live Charleston like a local. The Suite was very spacious and clean with a terrace with beautiful view on the river. High quality breakfast. If you are looking for a place where discover the Southern charm, Waterway is definitely the perfect location.

Our stay was very relaxing & enjoyable--close to Charleston, but out of the largest areas of traffic

Zack and Rob were wonderful hosts, and the room was large and inviting. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast and coffee was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything!! Rob and Zack are extremely welcoming and they made our stay above and beyond our expectations! Beautiful home, breathtaking views, easy conversations with everyone, super comfortable bed and still close to everything. Definitely will be repeat customers!

Very Nice HOSTs and very clean

We met the homeowner and Zach the Host -- Both very nice, personable, informative. Zach went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, showed us around, brought us beverages, wine and drinks. Anything we asked or needed, he did immediately!! The breakfast was literally 5 Star, all made to order on the spot, whatever you'd like!! This experience was much more like a bed & breakfast inn, than it is an Air BNB; which usually you have no contact with the host and check yourself in with a keypad. We had our own key to house & room, and interacted during breakfast with them and other guests. The bed was very comfortable and sheets very clean, 4 pillows, and ironed pillowcases! Whole home is updated, very clean, nice decor, the den & kitchen are Very Nice. The homeowner lives in Master downstairs, but does travel for work. Each 3 upstairs back rooms has your own 2 private chairs on balcony - over looking the bayside & dock. I didn't go out back but once, as I was sick, but back patio also has nice lounge chairs, and a grill you can use. Great back view - in a quiet neighborhood. I'll be back & bring friends, it's perfect for a small family gathering of 6-8. Has: iron, ironing board, small frig, hairdryer, big closet, 2 indoor chairs & table, 2 nightstands, long mirror. No tv - which is great!

Front door is a little tricky, to lock/unlock. The bedroom doors may need to be heavier and thicker for privacy with a bottom flap. The tub/shower is the only thing that I would update, but it's clean.

Can't wait to go again!!!

We got the feeling we arrived at long lost good friends. The warm and enthousiast welcome, the drinks we got, the conversations we had.... Never had this before at any stay. The house is beatifully located at the river. The rooms with spacious balconies have a view at the river and the garden with Spanish moss draped oak trees... You almost don't wanna leave!!

Best B&B in Charleston

The property is unmatched. Beautiful flowers and trees that sit overlooking the water. The dock is perfect for romantic sunsets and dolphin watching. The home is pristine and the balcony porch overlooking the water for each room is magical. The hosts Rob and Zack are intentional and really make it feel like home. We look forward to a return trip! Make sure you try the coffee and smoothie!

Wonderful week at Waterway

We had an excellent week-long stay at Waterway! I felt more comfortable staying there versus a hotel because of the limited number of rooms. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony offered a great view of the well-maintained grounds and of the waterway. We loved breakfast and coffee, which were prepared every morning by our gracious hosts, Zach and Rob. We got to choose from eggs and sausage/bacon, waffles, and smoothies every morning. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, but the drive is a straight shot and very easy. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby West Ashley neighborhood that are worth checking out.
