You gotta stay here - warm, friendly hosts that make you feel like you are home!

We were greeted by Greg. He was very welcoming and showed us around the Inn, helped us with our bags and provided recommendations for where to eat. The room was nicely decorated in period furniture and the bed was amazing. The breakfast was so amazing, we had the breakfast parfait and the pancakes... sooo yummy! We travelled with our dog and she was also warmly welcomed by all staff. I highly recommend this accommodation. I moved to PEI and know that I would be welcomed back to pop in to say hello to Greg and Angie anytime...and I will be doing so!

Beautiful house and room, and the hosts were wonderful! Had a great stay!

Angie and Greg were fabulous hosts. This place exceeded our expectations. Greg was welcoming right off the get go, gave us a tour of the house and a bit of its history. Showed us to our room and told us to make ourselves at home. Gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do around the area. Shared some great travel stories with Angie and Greg in the evening and enjoyed some delicious cheese. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! And the breakfast host was extremely enjoyable with all of his stories. Was a great place to rest and relax and meet other traveller's. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone

The home is beautiful! We were greeted right away by one of the owners who told us a bit about the history of the house. He was super kind. Our room was spacious and clean. The rooms were really quiet, so even though all the rooms were taken, you wouldn't have known it. The breakfast is complementary and you can request what you want from quite a few selections and they accommodate for any dietary needs. The couple were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about restaurants around the area and popular sites to see on the island. They were exceptional!

A part of the deck outside was blocked off due to renovations, so we look forward to going again in the future when we are able to see that part of the house up and running. We can imagine how beautiful it will be!

The Home Place Inn is conveniently located in Kensington and felt like home. Just a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was huge and delicious. We had a full English breakfast one day and pancakes the next - both were excellent. Greg greeted us when we arrived and was super friendly and helpful. Todd, our breakfast waiter, was great.

Our room, the Daisy was a little small but very clean and well-organized.

Actually- A mistake was made on the booking.com reservation and they ended up getting double booking The owner of this accommodation, went above and beyond to fix the issue. And found a beautiful accommodation for me(and my dog). Rare to find this kind of customer service- very much appreciated!!

Superb

The atmosphere was very welcoming. At breakfast we had wonderful conversations with Todd and that generated conversions with fellow guests.

Nothing major . But two things would have added a bit more comfort. There was no air conditioning . The door on the bathroom didn’t close.

Greg and Angie were friendly and helpful during my stay and I hope to be back again.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Greg gave me a tour of the B&B and gave me recommendations for dinner. The room was clean, had a small fridge, which was helpful, and the bed was comfy! There were a number of choices for breakfast - which was delicious.

Best surprise of our trip.

The bed was so comfortable, the decore was excellent and the balcony was so special. The breakfast was perfect. All of the Inn personnel from Greg at night to Angie in the day. We will be returning to the best Inn I have stayed in my 27 years of traveling to PEI.

Hidden gem

Hidden gem. Central location on island if only visiting for few days. Very comfortable room and bed. Loved the balcony for drinks in eve. Best of all were Angie, and Greg our hosts and Todd our breakfast server! We will return I'm sure😁

An amazing place to stay

Wonderful hosts, charming decor and amazing breakfast. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

The Inn is on a road that is occasionally quite busy so there is some street noise. Nothing unbearable though.
