Customer service, staff was so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Location was excellent and convenient for all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Definitely be back.

Location Food Staff

Shuttle bus service was very disappointing and not communicated well. I was left stranded at the airport and I ended up paying £60 to a taxi driver for a distance worth under £10.

We liked it’s proximity to the shopping mall and although the pool was being redesigned when we were there, the use of the adjoining sister hotel’s pool, was excellent. All staff, including that of the pool area were excellent. We enjoyed the buffet included in our room rate, with a great selection of quality food.

The only downside was the lack of a walking area surrounding the hotel if you enjoy a walk on your holiday

الإفطار كان رائع والموقع مميز لرحلات العمل قريب من المطار ومن مركز الاعمال وملحق به مول مميز يمكنك من شراء هداياك واحتياجاتك ، كما ان العاملين متعاونون جدا ومبادرون وذو حرفية عالية

Excellent rooms with a beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff.

I booked 3 Rooms and all were excellent.

I stayed for 5 nights at half-board and almost the same menu was served at Anise restaurant. Not many options for vegetarians. Mr Surendra (chef at Aniase) helped us a lot in preparing food for my vegetarian parents.

Not bad, but not worth the price.

Great location. Food is excellent. Connected to the mall.

Bed is extremely uncomfortable (mattresses are of a very poor quality), for the price you would expect better. Breakfast is so crouded, egg station is a mess. Lights in the room bathroom are v weak. Pool was closed for renovation, you have to use the pool of the next door hotel which is very small. Outside area ( terasse) of the main restaurant was not always ready ( no sun shades, tables not set) although the weather was nice for outdoors.

Will definitely use this hotel again

Room was superb, very comfortable mattress, view was amazing and very well planned bathroom facilities, especially shower and bath. Very good breakfast and thumbs up to the restaurant Manager Anna, so kind and caring every morning and during dinner to make sure all guests are happy with the food and service. We enjoyed our stay, was a good get away and will definitely use this hotel again

9 super Tage im Intercontinental und wir werden bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wiederkommen!

Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles sonst in Ordnung. Die Lage war top zum Flughafen. Zur Marina schon weit ca 25 km aber zum Burj Khalifa knapp 7 km. Also die Lage war ideal. Essen einfach super lecker. Frühstück sowie Abendessen. In Buffetform. Unbedingt Club Zugang buchen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freudlich und haben einem das Gefühl gegeben, das man sehr willkommen ist.

Die Zimmer könnten renoviert werden. Waren aber absolut noch in Ordnung.

The food keeps you there.

Half board is all you need. With a fabulous breakfast and dinner buffet there is not much else you need. A shopping mall next door, a big gym and a pool the time flew by. An special thank you to Anise restaurant and Ali Ishtiaq for always making us feel very welcome.

Excellent sur tous les points du début à la fin

L'hôtel est vraiment de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très très grandes par rapport au standard français. Le petit-déjeuner et dîner inclus sont vraiment de grande qualité avec une diversité de mets incroyables. Les infrastructures de l'hôtel sont excellentes. Une des piscines (celle avec l'avancée dans le vide) est en réfection mais cela n'est vraiment pas gênant du tout. L'ensemble du personnel est extrêmement serviable et à l'écoute comme partout à Dubaï. C'est extrêmement plaisant d'avoir une telle qualité de service et concernant l'ensemble de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate d'un grand centre commercial accessible à pied (1-2 min) à l'intérieur duquel vous trouverez tout ce que vous voulez et même plus. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour emprunter les transports en commun auquel on accède via une navette en bateau. Il n'y a aucune hésitation à avoir sauf si vous voulez être dans le centre touristique de Dubaï.

Everyone was extremely friendly and always smiling. The place was very clean.

The view was at a construction area. We were staying at the 6th floor so we were very close to the working area. Other than that everything else was perfect.

They offer a wide variety for Breakfast and dinner. Good meals n ready to help staff. My toddler dint wanna eat early n the lady supervisor was kind enough to pack m some croissants. Georgia at the reception was too kind n helpful.
