I liked the cleaning service that was offered by the hotel. Dipendra is always spot on with his cleaning skills. I am always left speechless with the amount of attention they put into my room.
I honetly feel happy and excited when I enter. I fell like home.
Thank you to Indrajit for making sure my stay was up to standards. I will most definitely be coming back.

Also the in house dining does not have all the items on the menu which left us wondering what options we could order.

Valet and reception staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming. We received a free upgrade. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are modern. Basic amenities in room are all provided. The pool was refreshing and breakfast, while not very large in spread, had enough variety. Elevators while small are very fast. Spacious hotel that doesnt feel cramped. Very well situated.
Smell in the bathroom from the drain (though this is a problem in many hotels on Dubai) consider adding an air freshener to the bathrooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I was completely comfortable. The facilities were of incredibly high quality and the location was perfect to be near family. Would highly recommend.

Location
Apartment was not prepared completely. Kitchen was missing all appliances. After calling twice part by part few utensils were sent but they all were greasy. Staff took back and cleaned.
No crockery only two cups and one plate were there. Again they were called for provide some.
After long travel 3hours gone into getting things done.
