cleanliness, friendly staff and very helpful in booking for taxi. The breakfast buffet has a variety foods.... Chef Terry is very polite to greet us and spent a few minutes to his fellow countryman. We are greatful for the service in helping our luggage safe and for the exact weight allowed in the flight. over all an excellent hotel and we will recommend our friends and family. l

This was our 3rd stay at yr hotel/ we especially enjoy the incredible view to the creek - overlooking a big part of the city / the cleanliness and friendliness of yr stay is excellent/ we especially are fascinated of the drinking water in bottles in the rooms from the forum NORDAQ / so eco friendly !!!/ the breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional !! / one point to criticize is only the poor water pressure of the shower ..// however we are 100 p/c coming back -/

We were moved from the Crown Plaza Festival to the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City because our room was not ready to move in. Booking was made 3 months prior. We were very upset. But, when we saw our room there, we were very happy! Very beautiful place to stay, very clean, very nice and kind staff. So delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City and would love to stay again!

I went to Dubai to celebrate a milestone birthday. When I tell you, from the moment, I walked in the staff was helpful and generous. I was upset up on arrival because of the private taxi company at the airport told me that Crowne Plaza didn’t have a shuttle service & price gauged us for a grip for a 5 minute ride. Please call them & verify first before giving into the pressure. The front desk staff could see I was visibly upset, & offered an upgrade. It didn’t put my money back in my pocket, but it was a sweet spot to land. The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs, big and small

Arrived at home two days ago and already missing the wonderful place!!! I stayed at the Crown Plaza Festival City for 12 nights and it was the best time I've ever had. All the staff are outstanding, having the only goal to make their guests feel comfortable and happy. I arrived at 1am and got a hearty welcome from Arun. Thank you so much for this. Next morning I was able to enjoy the fantastic breakfast with an excellent service. My special thanks goes to Ahmad, of course, and Mahmoud and Peter for the nice conversations and for being so attentive, always having a smile on their faces :-)). Whenever I had a question, there were Kael, CM, Shane and TJ to help me!! Thanks a lot. The pool area of the hotel is wonderful and big so that you have enough space and facilities to relax and enjoy the sun. A big thank you goes to Nimal und Salik for caring about me in such an outstanding way. I really appreciated that, being on tour alone this time. So, if you want to have a great stay at Dubai, you should definitely choose this hotel. I will be back, for sure.

Very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful. We were in Dubai to celebrate my birthday. Staff delivered a lovely flower bouquet with birthday wishes/message - really surprised me. Thank you staff at Crowne Plaza Festival City.

Excellent arrival process allowing early check because of our flight change. Disappointed with the waterfront view from the 7th floor due to building works which we were not advised which seemingly created a lot of dust and dirt covering the windows so our view was in secured. Bathroom blind stopped working after 2 days. Breakfast and dinner plan we took was excellent value. Staff outside the hotel front organising taxis were next to useless.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza at Festival City in Dubai.its not far from Airport, shopping malls and markets. The property has all the services available for both leisure or business stays. The staff are very helpful and courteous with patrons. We would definitely return on holiday again in the future.

Just stayed here for 10 nights. It’s my go to hotel in Dubai. The staff and hotel are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. My daughter’s mattress on the extra bed was too hard and they changed it immediately. The location is fantastic as you can walk through to the Festival City Mall. So many restaurants in the hotel and the mall. Great proximity to the airport (you don’t hear the aircraft) which is an added bonus because my flight to leave Dubai is always early morning and it’s just a few mins to travel. My kids appreciate the extra time in bed.

The location is close to DXB airport and easy walking access to Dubai Festival City and Mall. Very nice swimming pool and very friendly and professional staff. The food was excellent (different kitchens) and served by professional staff.

Had few days of business in Dubai and my stay here was just amazing. The breakfast buffet was so good. The hotel was clean and big room. The receptionist Lamiss was so kind and very welcoming. The good thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the Festival Mall. You just walk in and enjoy shopping and eat lots food.
