Una porquería deberían de cerrarlo el hotel

Yo estoy muy decepcionada del hotel yo lo que quiero es que me entreguen todo mi dinero yo no pude ni casi estar en el hotel es un desastre las personas que trabajan muy poco profesional y el hotel horroso

Nada me gusto quiero todo mi dinero porque este hotel voy a llamar a Telemundo responde por que este hotel no está apto para quedarse falta de mantenimiento, basura, cucarachas, horrible

Buena.

La cama era cómoda. El desayuno debe mejorar!!! No me agradó la habitación pintada de gris oscuro, era tétrica. Falta modernizar el arreglo de las habitaciones. Aparecen unas fotos de una habitación bella en Internet y luego cuando llegamos eran diferentes.

El televisor pequeño y flojo, no cogía muchos canales.

we had a good time the staff was wonderful. however it needs a renovation. The

we stayed for a quinceañero that was held there. it was clean and comfortable

bathroom needs some work done. bathtub was pealed. furniture outdated

I loved everything about my stay. From the checkin, to the room, to the pool and the terrace next to the poolside. Everything was nice and clean as well.

Perfect stay!

Everything! Is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, air conditioning was working perfect. Hot water 👍. And the breakfast was really good. And very friendly staff. Looking forward for the next stay.

Good for a couple of days.

Very nice welcome at check in, helpful people, very caring, extremely happy with that. This is what I call extreme good service. No nonsense, no fake, just helping with the things that matter. Explanations, billing, room key, late check in help, everything made simple and cool. Very important to receive such a welcome, makes me feel at home.

Breakfast is atrocious. American breakfast, can only be worse if it is made English breakfast. Puerto Rico is an island full of good food. No reason to make breakfast so disgusting and factory standard.

Decent hotel made better by its staff.

The location is nice since it’s close to numerous great restaurants like La Cabana and The Catch. The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff were always willing to provide amenities at a moment’s notice. There’s also free parking and the staff was extremely accommodating. In fact, they made my stay better given the deficiencies. They deserve huge raises.

where do I start. I chose this hotel based on the pictures. Its in front of the beach, which made it charming. However, what the pictures don’t show is that there’s a major highway in between the beach and the hotel. The vehicles can be quite loud and, as a result, I would be woken up around 6am. The bed was also uncomfortable and there are numerous pigeons on the balcony. The staff offered to move us but there’s no escaping the car sounds. The parking is very tight so beware if you have a rental. There were also parties on Friday and Saturday that made it difficult to sleep.
