A great family hotel in a great location.
The room with a balcony view was excellent.
The meals in the hotel were very good indeed. The dinner menus were quite varied and of excellent quality.
Breakfast was brilliant.......lots of choice. We stayed for 7 nights initially and liked it so much that we returned a week later to stay in the resort for 3 more nights. The staff were exceptional.......a great stay Thank you

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and overall the stay was great. Pretty good breakfast, easy to park outside the property and you are 5 mins walk from the ski lift and 8 mins walk from the gondola. The hotel even provides you with lockers to leave your ski equipment over night. We really enjoyed our stay.
Some parts look a bit old fashioned but nothing that affected our stay.

The hotel was spacious, very clean and the room had a balcony with mountain views. All if the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bar was cosy and the choice and quality at breakfast was exceptional.
The vegan meal at dinner contained a generous helping of goats cheese!

Beautiful hotel with super friendly owners and staff. Great breakfast and a nice little bar for the evening. We didn‘t try the restaurant though, but it was very busy every evening, so I guess it is as nice as everything there.
The only negative thing was the quality of the mich too soft matresses.

The hotel is very close to the ski area. Nice room with a balcony facing the mountain. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Very helpful staff. They helped us get ski passes and we could store our bags for an entire day.
The beds were a bit hard and the pillows strange.

The hotel was fantastic very accommodating we changed our booking from the Sunday to the Friday night. Booking .com failed big time saying that the booking could not be changed we went anyway and the hotel were great they had changed the booking that morning

Cosy rooms with decent amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and restauration options very recommendable. Quiet nights, good sleep.
Rooms look and feel a tad older. On-site parking is limited.

After 2 times staying at this hotel, I can surely say that it's totally worth it. Location is great and the service is spot on.
Very helpful personnel.
It's a rather small hotel so don't expect a big breakfast buffet, but they have a really good selection and can prepare some bacon and eggs on demand.
Wifi works great in the room.
If you book a room that has river/Mountain view but it wasn't by choice don't worry, the windows are sound proof so the constant river sound won't bother you at night.
Balcony would definitely need some remodeling though. Table and chairs look old and are a bit uncomfortable.
Rest of the room as cozy, bathroom was very good although I would've preferred that the shower had a little bit more water pressure.

Having stayed before we knew what to expect. The room has a nice view over the roaring river and the breakfast is good. All the staff speak very good English which helps.
The evening meal in the restaurant was good but not as good as on a previous trip.
