Excellent place to stay in islamabad

Near and clean spacious rooms, staff was great Mr. Mirza was very humble and accomodating knowing we were with young kids, house keeping and all staff were amazing and very kind.

Beautiful hotel, hidden gem in Islamabad

A great location, quiet and safe. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms, well appointed with all the necessary facilities such as iron, tea/coffee making and hairdryer. We received a fruit basket and chocolates on arrival. Waqas was extremely helpful and accommodating when we wanted to change our room due to needing an extra bed. Abdul Rahman made the check out process very smooth for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would say this is a good 4* hotel on par with the major hotel chains. So impressed, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very good

Everything was amazing, the rooms and facilities were great and the hotel itself was exceptional, the breakfast buffet was amazing too, most of all, the staff was super accommodating and cooperative, the staff members, Iqra, Marium, Asad and Atif were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall an excellent experience at regalia.

Excellent hotel vale for money

The staff is very friendly and helpful . The hotel is very clean and value for money. The breakfast was good. Excellent customer services from Miss Iqra. It was very comfortable stay we would love to stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was fine, staff member Iqra was exceptionally helpful and kind.

1. Despite being told that some foods could be ordered for in-room dining round the clock, when I wanted to order something for breakfast around 5.30 am I was told that it couldn’t be done. 2. Reception staff did not have change for 5k at checkout.

It’s an excellent hotel ,clean and nice with a little higher prices,breakfast was good.Mr Hamza a good host for breakfast,he keeps everything in order and asks again and again if something is needed for. Overall great experience and service.

The staff were very friendly. I don't remember any of hotel in my experience who does extend the breakfast buffet unto 12 noon. but they are exceptional's ..Iqra was the girl who was the attended in the buffet and she was as flexible as you want. over all excellent experience.

Poor air-conditioning

Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was good.

The centralised air-conditioning system is very poor. Could not sleep well. This hotel is not suitable for stay idurong summers.

This hotel never disappoints.

Clean rooms and good-natured staff. Breakfast as always was great.

This was my third stay in the hotel. The room this time had a weird smell whenever AC and exhaust were off. I do wish they offered better views of outside from the rooms. Room windows are covered.

Simply marvelous and comfortably stay. This will be my further choice next time as well before Serena.

I traveled from Dubai for business conference and mostly I stayed in Serena in the past. Since their suits were booked, I chose Regalia Hotel due to its reviews. I was entertained very well by Fareed and Umair at front desk. Also Hamza ( rest manager ), Omar at the restaurant took very good care of my special needs in gym. There was some issue with my billing address that Saira sorted out. She still has to send me updated invoice on company’s name but that’s ok. Lastly, Asad was brilliant as well. Overall a fantastic stay and I certainly rate this Hotel at par to Serena’s standards ( if not more ). Good job team!

Great, affordable and safe place to stay in Islamabad

Great location on G-6, close to landmarks and main routes. good security. Staff really helpful and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. their drivers are particularly good, taking away the hassle of airport transfers and local travel.

Excellent staff, great food, comfortable room, poor internet, overall great experience

Staff was very friendly, helpful, specially kitchen staff -- keep it up. Main course were very good. Keep it up!

Internet service was really bad. Like really really bad. For someone whose work is dependent on that, it was pretty poor. I had to use my phone's 4g all the time.

Overall, we were impressed with this hotel.

Although it is a 3-star rated hotel, the room comfort and their amenities are just as good as a 5-star hotel. The buffet breakfast was extremely good and the services in the restaurant too.

Each time we come back to the hotel at the end of the day, nobody from the reception greets us although the counter has no other guests. This could be improved.
