Useful and effective.

Breakfast was adequate with porridge, fried eggs, omelettes, coffee(Nescafe) and fruit as well as Pakistani foods. Service, especially at the egg stand, was friendly and helpful.

Location was okay but apart from that the overall experience was really really bad.

- Over priced and low value for money. 22,000 per night for a standard room that has a third class interior, low quality furniture, dirty curtains, broken toilet, broken shower, no hot water and multiple other concerns. - AC was not working properly and there was a lot of noise of AC fan that you can't even sleep peacefully. - There is a lot of noise of kids and staff roaming outside the room without realizing that there are other guests in the room. I put Do not Disturb but i still experienced noise of staff talking out loud outside the room and kids running and screaming. - The breakfast area was really dirty and smelly, no proper customer service. Food dishes were almost empty when stepped down for the breakfast at 09:30 however the breakfast time was till 10am. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid staying in this hotel. They are looting customers. Thank you.

central location. rather tired hotel

reasonable location, next to Melody market

it is a little run down now and fading. there were a lot of refugee children running round the hotel and corridors, with little or no supervision. it was more pricey than another much cleaner, fresher hotel we stayed in

Iconic Ambient Islamabad Hotel :)

The clean and beautiful ambient rooms and wonderful staff :) This hotel is part of my childhood I use to drive past it when I was little back in 1995 so to stay here was quite special :)

Service is bit slow and food quality not the best!

staff were respectful, room was clean,

the staff didn't speak english, wearing masks was not asked to passangers, breakfast was less than average and they would make alone guests to seat separately from families and breakfast was not served very well to isolated alone guest, I would say it is a 3 star hotel and 120 USD per night per person doesn't worth staying there

hotels must have all facilities up to date at the time the keys are handed over to customer. in this it was not the case. even water taps was without hot water.

No room service after 10pm in 4 star Hotel no worth to pay rs12000 without room service after 10pm

Excellent service and hotel

The over all experience is good. I will suggest the property to others. Good ambience really enjoyed the stay at the property with my family.
