I recommend this property and plan to visit again.

The meals were great and filling. The buffet meals were very good. The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean. Beautiful property overall.

It had nothing to do with the property. There were some guests who were noisy and kept talking loud up until very late and slamming doors. This wasn't good as I had an all-day event the next day.

Beautiful for the price point

The authentic Jamaican breakfast especially the corn porridge The mango trees in abundance were great to eat The private beach was beautiful also

The pool was closed Also not being able to wear a spaghetti strap dress for dinner in a tropical destination was hot for outdoor dining

I have visited other hotels, however my expectations of the hotel didn't meet any standards

The overall experience is one of a major disappointment. The phones dont work, equipment in the room are nonfunctional. The follow up about complains weren't done. The AC leaks like a water truck.

Perfect for a 1/2 night stay, not long term or more than that.

I must say the staff at the front desk were helpful and attentive to help me before I checked in and durning my booking process. I liked to area location also, as it is central to a lot of things. Also the room service people are friendly, we had a Michelle most of the days and she was fabulous and such a hard worker as you can see they were understaff in that area too.

Firstly, I feel like this facility needs many renovations as many of the decor, and in a room items are outdated or not working. Even the bathrooms, specifically bathtubs need to be changed and the inside need to be resealed as there are gaps in the cracks and this allows for water buildup, which eventually leads to growing mold, which we saw . Also things like the iron board, was broken and the blow dryer in our room did not work, and some of the light fixtures were dim, and also did not work. Also, I feel like they need to do better with the food as it’s advertised as a Buffet for breakfast however, it was not, and some items on the menu were also not available several nights. I do not paying for food but when I want to get some thing that’s on the menu and it’s not an I do not paying for food but when I want to get some thing that’s on the menu and it’s not available for several nights that’s kind of a bummer. Also, the pool is pretty decent. However, there is no shading around the pool or umbrellas, so it makes you not want to stay there too long because you don’t wanna get burnt by the Sun. You can tell this hotel is understaffed, and that is an issue with how they service you. Also, with that being said, we sometimes waited an hour for food to be prepared for us.

Ideal location good food nice swimming pool, the staff was very help and kind they make you feel welcome and relax l, lovely atmosphere going to return in the near future. Would recommend family and friends to this hotel.

I would have like some kind of intertainement in the evening. That would gave made my holiday much more enjoyable, a bingo night, music and dancing evening night even for a few hours after dinner. That would have being fantastic.

The staff and food are great at Cardiff!

Breakfast options were more than enough for me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

My stay was too short.

It was a cozy and intimate location which has all the basic amenities with gardens and a lovely view of the ocean and the size was perfect for a little more privacy.

The only drawback is that there is not an all-inclusive package which in my opinion would have made my trip perfect

I would stay again but this is not a hotel that i stay at to enjoy the property. I stay there if I am in the area for so

good breakfast, clean and comfortable, great value for money, welcome cocktail

check in process is very inefficient and took forever. multiple rooms were also not ready for 3pm.

I had a good time and the staff were excellent. The food was good, the room tidy and I liked the complimentary beverages

The SPA was great. I enjoyed my massage which was well done. The friendly nature of the staff also was a plus for me.

Paradise is possible if only for a short time.

There is nowhere that will best the Cardiff Resort for money well spent! Secure, perfect beach to which you are shuttled in 10 minutes. Hillside view of the ocean from most rooms. Front staff very friendly. Please remember you’re not in a hotel with a huge reception service. Might take a bit longer than you’d like. The food is exceptional…training center for hospitality staff so you’re getting serious value for money but still excellent services provided. Some noise. Loud at times from traffic coming up the hill. I brought ear plugs to deal with that. Not bad at night esp with A/C humming away. Quiet, small, accommodating, friendly staff, it’s my go to place for relaxation. This is NoT a place for onsite water activity except a pool. No squat and gobble awful buffets. Tablecloths and peaceful dining experiences. Only all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed in have been 4-5 stars. This is better. Did I say the food was very good!! This is a place where staff remember you from visit to visit. Calm, peaceful, perfect!! Highly recommend.

Remember to hold handle of toilet for good flush.

Accommodations provided everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious. Complimentary cocktail and discount coupon to the Spa. Towels were nice. Beautiful view from my room. Friendly staff. Helpful bartender.

Sheets were worn and scratchy. ironing board was broke.

Overall stay was great. Celebrated 18th yr wedding anniversary and room: bed was beautifully decorated with souvenir.

The breakfast was very good, nice Jamaican flavor with option🙈 service was great

Think a bit of background music would do well at the dinning area.
