Só vale a pena se a diária estiver extremamente barata.

Atendimento, especialmente da Renata. Cama com roupa de cama extremamente limpa e confortável.

Chuveiro sem pressão. A parte que tinha pressão era da água extremamente quente. Televisão só em preto e branco. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Café só de máquina e suco só de máquina também. Não disponibilizam toalhas pra piscina. Se eles limparem o quarto enquanto você estiver hospedado, você tem que pagar 50,00. No final paguei 600,00 numa pousada que deixou muito a desejar.

Es un buen lugar

El lugar es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones son confortables, tienen lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, la ubicación es buena, el personal es muy amable y ayudaron en todo momento, el desayuno tiene bastante variedad.

La piscina podría ser más grande y más profunda, de todas maneras se disfruta, además podría tener un área de fumadores ya que no se puede fumar dentro del patio siendo aire libre y hay que salir a la calle. La tv es un poco antigua no tiene aplicaciónes de streaming, solo cable.

Comprei na Booking COM CAFE da manhã (tinha escrito na frente na foto) e quando cheguei lá, o recepcionista me disse que não estava incluso. Minha filha que estava querendo tomar "café de hotel" nao pode tomar. Eles me ofereceram R$30 por pessoa mas achei um absurdo ja que minha compra estava com café incluído. Outra coisa horrível foi a piscina muito muito suja! Os funcionários ficam falando altíssimo as 08h e me acordaram com tamanho falatório. Enfim, não voltaria mais

for R$ 40 reais I expected a much better breakfast!

The breakfast service was terrible and unfriendly. The server never greeted the guests upon arrival and seemed unwilling to assist when you asked for things.

scrambled eggs were cold, the pastries appeared to be from the day before. Loose cate roaming around the tables and begin for food.

Hotel has a good structure, staff is friendly.

Communicating with hotel prior to arrival and in need to do changes to reservation are IMPOSSIBLE. They only use a robot through WhatsApp for communication, that is constantly offline. When at the hotel reception they are not able to do any changes to reservations, only tell the guests to get in touch through WhatsApp, so basically nobody fix anything.

horrible. discomfort. bad staff.

the only positive aspect was the working air conditioner. the beds were confortable, but the sheets were dirty.

the jacuzzi had no hot water. we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and never received a cleaning service and new towels. The room smelled like pee. People from the front desk were rude. They did not give us an option to stay longer after the check out and we had no place to shower after going to the beach on the last day. We had to shower in the swimming pool shower, public and open space. The breakfast was showing as included in the package and it wasn't. they overprice for the breakfast. there were no place to keep our bags from the time we got there to the check in time. (our bags stayed on the floor behind the front desk - exposed) the distance from the hotel to the center of the city and to the beach was not what we expected. (we had to use uber for everything) the TV had only 3 channels (bad joke). Seriously?! 3?! surreal! So far the worst hotel ever!!!!

very friendly staff when I arrived. hotel is clean and simple. room was functional and clean. very good price for the quality.

Quiet relaxing stay. Checked all the boxes.

Great breakfast no complaints. Variety of food options. Quiet location, within walking distance to the center and Rua das Pedras where plenty of restaurants catering to tourists located. The hotel offers free shuttle on schedule to beaches, Praia Brava seemed to be best beach option in the area , wide beach and calm at the time we were there, umbrellas for rent, other tourists preferred the beach over others in the area. Modern hotel, rooms simple with few decorations but clean and bathroom shower all working, good WIFI. Pool smaller than appeared in photos but was fine. Friendly staff, helpful, parking available and security not an issue.

No real complaints, stairs perhaps to room were without a landing so a little tricky stepping outside the door without landing (trip hazard perhaps). Otherwise was good stay.

Absolutely nothing.

There is no way to quickly summarise the awful experience we had with the whole Latitud Hoteles group of hotels. While dealing with the staff, we experienced lies, extortion, cowardice, and overall just had the worst customer experience I've received in my life to date. The room we got in the end suffered badly from mold also which forced us to abruptly shorten our stay during the new year's celebrations. Just do yourself a favour and book any other hotel or pousada in Buzios and stay away from the Latitud Hoteles group.

Location

Bad experience overall... I've travelled with young family and after staying there for 4 nights, I would not give a single star to this place. The room, facilities and pool were just OK. The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional. My wife has lactose intolerance and asked for scrambled eggs without milk, but the kitchen staff said it was against "company policy" and did not make it. The breakfast was so bad that we decided not having breakfast there. Please go somewhere else if you want minimum comfort and decent service.
