The place and the staff were great! I loved that it was a block away from one of the main beaches and within walking distance of different places around the area.
Although the sheets were clean, they were worn out and felt a bit rough.

Good location with an amazing view from the beach. Also, staff is super helpful and friendly!
Despite the large selection of food, quality wasn’t always the best. Room service food was horrible, unfortunately.
Other than that, too many stairs, so come prepared…I came with a baby so I wouldn’t recommend to stay there with a baby.

The view from the swimming pool and the breakfast (but only at the first day as it didn't changed during our stay)
- Every day we went back to the hotel (by 4pm) our room was not clean. We needed to request the staff to clean and wait it.
- The elevator was not working, we needed to climb a lot of stairs to go to the swimming pool or to eat our breakfast. The staff told us it would be repaired by the second day but it wasn't.
- The swimming pool was not super clean.
- The hotel charged us 2 additional taxes: "product tax" and "service tax". I've never seen that in any hotel in Brazil or abroad. The staff was unable to legally justify the product tax. For the service tax, it should already be included in the daily rate.
- The staff at the front desk was not very helpful
- The hotel is far away from the city center, we needed to order our meal by delivery when it was raining.
- The common facilities only include the swimming pool, it's a shame they don't offer additional activities (board games, books, etc) for raining days
- The photos look incredible but we got disappointed when we arrived
- The room doesn't have chair nor table
