It’s a beautiful boutique Hotel, located at the side of the Ferradura beach. The rooms are fantastic, the food is great, the beach is at 20 meters and the staff is absolutely fantastic

The property is beautifully set and had many crooks and places where you can sit and spend your day in privacy. There is even a small private beach from which to swim

The atmosphere, the outside areas were fantastic- pool, jacuzzi, beach, heated pool! staff were amazing and location, too! Food was incredible, just missing more options on the menu for people staying longer than a few days as not many restaurants in the area.
The room needed a little more attention and maintenance.

• Not far from Buzios centre
• Outstanding service. Really one of the best I’ve seen. Every staff member genuinely goes above and beyond, always anticipating your needs.
• Exceptional gym, pool, jacuzzi, etc
• Fantastic beach setup — beautiful, great vibe, and direct access to a quieter beach.
• Never felt crowded — plenty of space at breakfast, the pool area, and loungers; the hotel manages flow extremely well.
There was a major noise issue from the hotel’s own beach club (Tawa).
During our stay, two extremely loud private parties took place (Friday and Tuesday), blasting music across the entire horseshoe-shaped bay.
• Our room was directly affected—the walls were literally vibrating from the sound. It was impossible to rest or even be in the room.
• Although other areas of the hotel were slightly less affected, the music could still be heard throughout the property and beach.
• The hotel did not intervene despite the disturbance being caused by their own venue.
• We asked to be moved to a quieter area and were only offered a paid upgrade, which felt disappointing given the circumstances.
• Because of this, what should have been a peaceful, relaxing stay became very unpleasant at times.
We understand there is a beach club, and the days that there weren’t private parties the music and noise levels were, although still loud, bearable.
The hotel grounds and service are amazing, but I couldn’t recommend it to older guests, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, as the parties would absolutely ruin their holiday.
