The location and staff. Comfortable room.
If you’re travelling with your pet and looking for a beach holiday, Buzios is not the place. Pets are not allowed on any beach. Although the hotel is pet friendly, they could have informed pet owners about the beach rules, especially for Blue Flag beach like Praia do Forno, where the hotel is located.
Pet owners are obliged to have breakfast outside at the pool area but the arrangements are not great.

Location, friendliness of staff, breakfast and cleanliness was all excellent.
The WiFi did not work well and I unfortunately had to work. The beds were too soft for my liking. I would still book the hotel again.
