The staff were super helpful and kind. At breakfast, the women always started the day with joy. It felt like being cared for by family. In reception they helped with anything I needed and took time to chat about life which was always a pleasure. I will definitely come back here! Búzios is a paradise and this is a beautiful base to enjoy it from.

Room was good, breakfast good, pool was ok
Sun loungers not positioned correctly. Food, excluding breakfast not very good.

Staff was very kind and supportive, bathroom was big and comfortable for couple. Decoration was just right, being amid trees and plants is grants goos silence and proximity to nature at the same time as the property is close to Orla Bardot and all it offers!
Breakfast was good, but served a little late, at 8AM. This compromises plans for guests who would like to start enjoying the town and beaches early.
In suite TV could be bigger to the size of the room; also, could be a Smart TV with access to streaming platforms.

Breakfast was limited for me as I have Coeliac Disease.
