This place is an absolute gem! It is very individual and special, everything is done by heart. The hotel itself is very artsy and esthetic. The whole crew from reception to service to cleaning is very friendly and welcoming. They are all doing a great job.
The only downside is, that the room is a little damp, which means you have to be extra cautious to leave the windows open to air it out.

Pousada Vila do Mar was a truly gem in Búzios. We loved how beautiful and quirky the property was. It gave us real old housing charm in the middle of the city. The plants and overall decoration its great, amazing job from the gardner. The breakfast was also very good and nicely presented. It is a couple of steps away from the main street, the restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!
