Hotel location is convenient. Room is spacious and it looks nice

The location is perfect for our purpose. We have some errands to attend to around the Greenbelt area which is just across the street from the hotel, very convenient. The furnitures used in the room is quite interesting, I'm considering getting one for our house :D The complementary breakfast is good as well.

It's just a personal preference but I don't like the smell of the room. It's not bad, the scent is just a bit off for my nose, my wife don't mind though. You can hear the voices of people walking outside the room, it might be something that's annoying for some people.

Overall good and staffs are well trained and courteous.

Booked with included breakfast but upon arrival and checked in, was told not included. Suggested solutions from hotel staff, was OK, but not sensible or applicable because understand cancellation fees are inevitable and will disrupt my planned trip. My guest is with me, staying this hotel too.

i slept good i love the king size its so huge.

the staff or the staff in restaurant doesnt have mask when they deliver their food and the other staff didnt gave my receipt after i gave my pwd discount i need it for my itr. i forgot to tell at the lobby reception then the ac is not cold

The bed is comfortable. We had one breakfast and one dinner at their restaurant and we’re very happy with the food. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds. The room has old world charm with heated marble floors in the bathroom. We appreciate that they have wooden floors - much classier and cleaner than carpeting.

Good place to be near the shops.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Very near to the Ayala and Greenbelt malls.

You can hear noise of vehicles outside.

Hidden gem in Makati

It’s close to the shopping malls. There was a very relaxing complimentary foot massage when I got there. The rooms (and elevator!) are tastefully decorated. Staff very helpful.

Helpful reception, efficient room service & cleaning

Post pandemic owners have upgraded breakfast area but rooms need an overhaul. Creaky old cupboards,lousy TV, poor WI fi, dusty old aircon units need upgrading.

The locations is closed to glorietta mall 1, 2, 3 and 4, easy to access, the room is nice and clean , the staff are friendly keep always smiling.

hotel staff was excellent. security team provided ample parking. daily newspapers delivered to my door was a nice touch. Location was also top-notch, only 5 minutes away from major shopping and dining destinations.

Love this hotel. My pick for a short stay in Manila.

Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent location for shoppng in Makati. Staff were amazing, typical of wonderful Filipino hospitality. Room was very comfortable, clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. There is everything you need here at a great price. Staff can not be faulted. Would highly recommend.
