The bed is very comfortable. Looks like the unit is either barely used or was recently refurbished. It's common for hotels in Makati to get the "landlord special" (i.e. painting over mould, cracks, water damages, etc.) instead of addressing the root cause. Thankfully, this unit still looked polished especially in the corners of baseboards and doors and ceilings. It's also free of mould, especially in the bathroom which was great. I also didn't see any pests during my stay which is again, very common in Makati. The cleaner comes in every day which is also great taking out the trash and replacing towels. There's a kitchen with mini-fridge, smart TV, and complementary snacks and bottled water. There is a 7/11 right right next door and I ate at the local Filipino restaurant connected to the lobby a couple times for convenience. Overall, very pleasant experience.
There are a lot of floors and they shut down the elevators by 9 pm and keep only 1 working. If you're in a rush, you're likely to wait a bit and share it with quite a few people. There's also no AC or at least, the AC is very low inside the elevator and it was musty.
FYI: They take a 2,000 Peso cash deposit at check-in for incidentals which they return to you in cash on your check-out. Make sure to have some peso or you'll need to pull some out at an ATM.
